She proudly walked through the restaurant of her hotel in Istanbul after the operation as her face was covered in bandages. Her face was stretched back as surgical tape that kept her stitches in place, just months after having a £10,000 facelift.
The mum-of-five has long been vocal about her cosmetic work and the number of surgeries she has had over the years. However, in a shock move last week Katie removed her own stitches..

In a selife, her ears joined to her cheek and her eyebrows stretched up her forehead as she flashed her white Turkey Teeth smile. Katie said: “Ouch. I accidentally pulled my stitches out.”
It seems Katie has managed to heal over the past few days as she has now shared another snap of her snatched face. She beamed at the camera as she spent the day with her horses, revealing her tighter looking face.
Katie has shared how she is a fan on the “plastic look” but sadly admitted her love of surgery stems from body dysmorphia. In a candid confession, she said: “I don’t ever look in the mirror and think I look good.
“I never have done. So, there’s obviously an underlying issue.” Her family has also expressed concern over the treatments and issued a warning to the star.
Katie’s eldest daughter Princess, 18, has admitted she won’t be following in her mum’s footsteps. She said that Katie was “so pretty” before she dramatically changed her appearance.

During an appearance on Katie’s reality show, the model asked her daughter if she’d ever have her lips done. Princess replied: “I want to say no, like you know how much surgery you’ve had…
“Can your body actually move? Because you stretch so much skin.” However, Katie told her: “More surgery to come! Put it this way, when I’m 90, I’ll probably be transparent – you’ll see all my veins.”
The teen responded “It’s your body and your choice. I don’t have a problem with plastic surgery. But I think some people are so naturally pretty that they don’t actually need it. You were naturally pretty.”
Plastic Surgeon and Senior Medical Director at CREO, previously spoke to The Mirror about the grave danger Katie is putting herself in when it comes to her addiction to surgeries and cosmetic procedures.
He issued a warning about the risks involved with surgery, saying: “Repeated surgeries can lead to scar tissue buildup, nerve damage, and skin thinning, which may complicate future procedures.”
