It came after The Sun told last November how Alesha had informed pals she believed the relationship was over, and the pair would likely separate.
Alesha and Azuka, who share two children, are still living together in the family home despite officially calling time on their partnership.
Eagle-eyed fans now reckon a trio of hints suggested issues at home prior to the reveal – here we take a look.

Alesha’s last public Red Carpet event – bar her Britain’s Got Talent duties – was back in 2023, at rapper Stormzy’s 30th birthday party, dubbed The Mike Gala.
The Breathe Slow songstress also travelled to the sun-soaked Caribbean Island of Jamaica earlier this month with her girl pals.
The star has called Jamaica her “favourite spot” and said she had “left a piece” of her heart there after a visit a year ago.
During her trip, she stayed at the GoldenEye resort on the north coastline, where she posted pictures of herself taking a dip in the crystal-clear seawater.
Her man was nowhere to be seen on the vacation, which followed another girly trip to a UK spa.

Recently, Alesha’s Instagram Stories have featured Mis-Teeq throwbacks – sparking speculation of a band reunion – while her grid offers pinned posts on BGT and her work for Comic Relief.
It also features a promo for her single Ransom, released last year, as well as a slew of abs-flashing solo snaps.

Yet the last hint of her man can be seen back in July 2023.
A chic snap shows the duo posing in all-black attire for The Mike Gala, with one fan hailing Alesha “sensational”.
But the lack of recent uploads proved a key indicator for some.
Who is Alesha Dixon’s ex partner Azuka Ononye?

ALESHA Dixon has split from her long-term partner and father to her kids, Azuka Ononye. Yet who is he?
Azuka Ononye was born December 14, 1980 and is best known for his work as a dancer, creator director and choreographer.
He has worked with the likes of Sade, Whitney Houston, Madonna, Duffy, Pixie Lott, Estelle, Ashanti and Cheryl to name a few.
Azuka’s advertising credits include major brands such as Guinness, Captain Morgan, Nokia, T-Mobile, Specsavers, Superdrug, ESPN, Sky, DFS and Argos and many more.
Alesha and Azuka got married in 2017 after meeting on tour.

In recent snaps, the Strictly Come Dancing winner appeared to have tried to hide her left hand where she had previously worn a ring on her wedding finger.
Publicity pictures for the long-running ITV variety competition BGT also showed that the accessory was missing.
Previously, Alesha told how he had “given up” proposing to her – and how she didn’t need marriage.
The couple are believed to have started dating around 2007, before tying the knot in 2017.
SAD SPLIT
Over the weekend, we reported how the pair were still living together for the sake of their kids.
A source said: “Alesha confirmed she’s split from Azuka and is navigating that as best she can.
“They are still living together for the sake of their family and are co-parenting.
“Alesha headed to Jamaica with her friends to get some sunshine and have a break from her hectic schedule.
“It was a great tonic and she had a fantastic time.”
