As always she tries to be in good humour and maintained her signature wit even in the face of such a challenging moment.

The latest update
Kat recently shared a powerful photo outside a hospital, expressing her determination to come out stronger after her ongoing battle with breast cancer, as she promised that it will be over once she is back
In a bold caption, she wrote, “Once I recover from childbirth, my mole removal scars heal, I get a double mastectomy, get rid of my cancer, have breast reconstruction surgery & am physically capable of getting back in the gym — it’s OVER FOR U B***HEZ #MILF.”
Her post quickly resonated with followers, sparking a wave of support and encouragement in the comments.
One user praised her openness, saying, “I admire your honesty so very much.” Another added, “You got this Kat. Just a bump in the road for you.”

Timpf has remained candid throughout this challenging time, recently sharing a detailed post on X (formerly Twitter) about the emotional rollercoaster she’s been on. Her transparency and strength have inspired many as she faces this chapter with resilience and defiance.

Kat Timpf admits she was forced to make ‘devastating’ decision
The comedian responded to the reactions she’s received about her decision to undergo a double mastectomy—acknowledging that even to her, it feels like an “extreme” measure:
“Trust me, there’s no one for whom that seems more extreme than me,” she shared candidly.
Guided by a team of medical experts, she explained that she’s been carefully considering their advice before moving forward with the procedure.

“I find it devastating, but I am very grateful to have access to the opinions of many brilliant minds when it comes to breast cancer,” she noted.
“I have been very lucky to have a team that is very knowledgeable on this and the focus of all these conversations is what’s the best thing to do to keep me alive so I’m around for my son for a long time.”
She asked her audience for understanding and support during this deeply personal journey. “I just want to say trust that I’m making the best decision for me and my family.”
