Love Island star Tasha Ghouri, 26, seemed to lack her usual pep as she stepped out in public following her split from Andrew Le Page, 29.

The couple first met on Love Island in 2022, and stayed together until calling it quits earlier this month. In new photos of Tasha, she looked sombre as she left her hotel in Birmingham. The dancer was en route to rehearsal, with the Strictly Come Dancing tour kicking off in just one day, on January 17.

In contrast to her usual glam appearance, Tasha went makeup-free, and left her hair loose and unstyled while pushed back by a pair of headphones. She was dressed casually in a black hoodie and tracksuit bottoms, with her belongings carried in a simple tote bag.

Fellow Strictly star Kai Widdrington can be seen in the background of the photos, as the Strictly Come Dancing cast have reunited for the BBC show’s annual tour.

Tasha’s shock breakup was announced just this week, after she and Andrew seemed deeply invested in their relationship. The former couple bought a puppy, Luna, together, had matching rose tattoos inked, and had engagement rumours circulating. At the start of last year, Tasha and Andrew even bought a house together and embarked on a major renovation project, showing off their progress on a dedicated Instagram account.

Shortly after the split was Tasha seems ready to start looking for love again, and has reportedly set up a profile on the elite dating app Raya. Her profile describes her as a “Northern girly” who is “always smiling and laughing,” using recent snaps from Instagram to show herself off.

Prior to the breakup, Tasha was asked whether she thought the ‘Strictly curse’ could impact her relationship with Andrew, but the star firmly batted away any concerns.

In an interview with The Sun, she enthused: “Andrew, to me, is the hottest man on this whole planet. I look at him and I’m like: ‘Yeah, that’s my man’. Me and Andrew trust each other 100 per cent.”

Tasha made it clear how confident she was that their connection would sail through the Strictly experience, adding: “It’s not a make-or-break for us. We’re going to breeze through this because we’re going to marry each other one day, you know.” Touching on the so-called ‘curse’ specifically, she added: “It doesn’t bother us at all. We didn’t have a discussion about ‘the Strictly curse’ because we trust each other.”

Despite Tasha’s certainty, an insider claimed that Strictly may have played a part in her recent breakup. They told The Sun: “Tasha was madly in love with Andrew but the cracks started to show when she appeared on Strictly. She gave her all in that competition. Her focus was purely on her dances with Aljaz and that drove a wedge between them as time went by.

“Now she’s going off on tour she’s going to be away from Andrew again. They talked about ending their relationship at the start of January and she’s pretty much heading out on the Strictly tour as a single woman.”
