Celebrity Big Brother has evicted another famous face from the house. Following a tense public vote, Trisha Goddard became the second celebrity to be evicted just days after former Conservative MP Sir Michael Fabricant was sent home. As the news was announced, she said: “Thank you.”
Speaking to hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best, Trisha said she was “kinda sad” to have been evicted. She added: “A bit sad, I can’t lie.” When asked whether she was shocked to discover who nominated her, Trisha said she wasn’t shocked but despite Ella Rae Wise claiming she had no interest in her – Trisha later confirmed that she had gotten to know her in recent days.
“It would have been Mickey, but with security pretty close,” she joked when asked about who she would name drop in the future. She went on to laugh that the few days she shared with the Hollywood legend were an “experience.” Trisha also admitted sharing her cancer journey on the show as crucial as it is “part of her life.”

In a candid admission, she said: “It meant a lot, it’s respite, it’s a holiday from having to think about cancer because with the Big Brother team and my team in the States, they’d cleared everything so I didn’t have to think of the next scan. Everything was cleared and I could be like a child again and yes, I did talk about cancer.
“I had to, why I’ve got my own bedroom and things like that. It is part of my life, as it is for 3.4 million Brits, so it was just a break from having to think about it. Heavy subjects came up now and again but it was just a break.”
The star had hoped to stay on the show for a little longer but having gone up against EastEnders’ Patsy Palmer and Coronation Street’s Jack P. Shephard, she realised it would be her time to go. On Monday, housemates and the viewing public discovered that Patsy Palmer, Trisha Goddard and Jack P. Shepherd faced being eliminated.

Patsy received six nominations from Angellica Bell, Chesney Hawkes, Chris, Danny Hughes, JoJo Siwa and Trisha. Meanwhile, Trisha was nominated by Chesney, Chris, Ella Rae Wise and Patsy. Jack was nominated by Angellica, Danny Beard, Donna Preston, JoJo and Trisha.
Trisha and Patsy nominated one another due to the divide between the pair, with Patsy living in Los Angeles, while Trisha lives on the east coast of America. But their reason left fans completely baffled as they took to social media to state that both Patsy and Trisha are actually from east London.
Meanwhile, it meant Jack faced eviction for the second time, having been nominated during the first week, alongside Mickey Rourke and Fabricant. But Tuesday’s nomination was a killer twist as just days after Fabricant was sent home, Hollywood icon Mickey was axed from the house due to his unacceptable behaviour. This meant that the show lost another contestant earlier than they had expected.

During her time in the house, Trisha bravely opened up about her stage four cancer diagnosis and how she was enjoying the break from her treatment (
During the tense episode, chat show icon Trisha opened up about how she enjoyed being in the house. Currently, the broadcaster is receiving palliative care having been diagnosed with stage four breast cancer which has since metastasised to other parts of her body.
Trisha first fought the disease in 2008, but was sadly diagnosed in 2023 for a second time. Speaking to Angellica Bell in today’s episode, Trisha shared: “I kind of realised – I know the big ‘C’ comes up a lot – here’s a holiday from it. Do you get me? I can just have fun and things like that, and then when I get back out I’m sort of-”
Angellica interrupted: “Back to it? Back to reality, it’s sort of a bubble isn’t it?” Trisha agreed, saying: “It’s a bubble, as I say it’s been my respite – not that I expected it to be, I’m completely surprised by that. It’s been a respite from treatment and stuff.”
Just moments later, amid growing tensions in the house, Trisha jokingly shared that the “bubble” in the house was no match for real life. “I’ve survived worse,” she said.
