Martin Kemp shocked the Loose Women panel on Monday with a brutal bedroom confession about his s3x life with his wife Shirlie Holliman.

The 63 year old appeared on the ITV alongside Kaye Adams, 62, Paul C Brunson, 50, and Judi Love, 44, for a Loose Women and Loose Men mash up.

The topic of scheduling intimacy with a partner got brought up in conversation, with Celebs Go Dating expert Paul admitting that he thinks it’s a good idea.

But Martin – who has been married to Shirlie since 1988 – said: ‘I don’t think you can schedule s3x.

‘If I had to look in my diary and it says 7:30pm on a Thursday night, I’m going to do it… I don’t think it works.

‘I even feel under pressure if it’s a Sunday morning!’

The live audience started laughing to which Martin asked: ‘Oh so everyone in here does it on a Sunday morning? I know.

‘But I do! I feel that pressure…

‘”Oh it’s Sunday morning, I’m going to have to do it in a minute”‘.

Paul went on to explain that couples apparently only spend on average, an hour per week together.

He said: ‘What I’m saying is you can schedule a time where you are just going to eat together.

‘You don’t have to say s3x.’

Martin asked: ‘So you’re talking a date night?’

‘It could be a date night, we’re going to have some wine, we’re going to watch something. And then who knows what will happen,’ Paul explained.

Later on in the segment, anchor Kaye asked if he will do it, to which he said: ‘I will definitely give it a try.

‘I’ll give Shirl a call in a minute,’ he quipped, as he looked down at his watch.

‘I’ll book it in… Hang on, this is going out live isn’t it?’

Martin then pointed down at the camera and said: ‘Shirl, get yourself ready, I’m on the way home.’

Martin and Shirlie met back in the 80s after Martin laid eyes on her in 1982 while she was performing as part of Wham! on Top of the Pops.

The pair tied the knot in St. Lucia in 1988 and a year later welcomed their daughter Harley Moon, 35, into the world.

Then in 1993 Roman, 32, was born.

Back in March The One Show host Roman was left bewildered as Martin made a hilarious admission about his marriage.

During an episode of FFS! My dad is Martin Kemp, Martin casually mentioned that Shirlie has given him some stern ‘tongue lashings’ throughout their 37-year marriage.

Fearing the term might be an unusual innuendo, Roman blurted out an expletive in astonishment, demanding clarification from his famous father.

Despite the peculiar choice of words, the moment sparked a fit of laughter between them.

Martin began: ‘Shirlie gives me some good tongue lashings…you know exactly what I mean when I say tongue lashings… She’s good at it, she’s good at the old tongue lashing, she will know when and how to put me down.

Reacting to his dad’s initial remark, Roman exclaimed: ‘What the actual f*** does that mean? That is horrendous, that’s the worst thing you’ve ever said. I can see the headline now, that is horrendous.’

As they both tried to stifle their laughter, Martin expressed his affection, saying: ‘I love coming in here and talking to you.

‘When I’m out and about even with my mates. I never laugh as much as when I’m sitting here with you, talking to you.’
