BREAKING NEWS: Harry and Meghan’s new £10m home ‘exposed’ as Sussexes new neighbour speaks out
The Sussexes are reportedly eyeing up properties worth more than eight figures.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to be eyeing up properties in the UK worth upwards of £10million. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived back in Blighty this week after living it up in Montecito, California, amid rumours they had “run out of money” – but according to Mail on Sunday editor-at-large Charlotte Griffiths, that is not the case.

Appearing on TalkTV yesterday (August 27), anchor Duncan Barkes asked her: “One of the big issues that we need to get some meat on the bones of, if you like, is where they’re going to end up living. You’ve done some terrific work here. I think it’s a Charlotte Griffiths exclusive we can reveal here on Talk, where are they going to end up living?”
Treading carefully, Griffiths said: “Well, we have to be so careful not to say exactly where they’re living, but I suppose the exclusive is that this rumour that they may live on a small farmhouse on the Spencer estate, or they might be renting somewhere because they’ve got no money, it appears to be incorrect.

“What I am told is that the properties they’ve been looking at are north of £10million.
“The one that I think I’ve identified, I actually can’t say because they issued a really strong warning which I must adhere to, so I can’t name the location.
“But suffice to say, it is as you’d expect. It’s incredibly luxurious. It’s definitely got an LA whiff to it. I’ve got to be so careful not to identify it!”
She added: “I find it very interesting that it’s not some sort of dilapidated farmhouse, which at one point was the narrative – that they’d run out of money and were coming back. It seems that is not the case. The property is extremely expensive.”

It comes after the Sussexes’ potential new celebrity neighbour Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen issued a warning to the pair if they decide to move to the Cotswolds.
He told Express.co.uk: “It is going to be interesting to see how the Duchess fits in because, unlike the other side of the Cotswolds, we’re much less impressed by celebrity, which is why actually a lot of celebrities who are kind of like very good at being themselves are drawn to our side.”
He added: “I think [Meghan] is going to need to be very genuine. I think that’s the big moment here, is that the Cotswold folk can really sniff b******t, you know, they can really sniff when people aren’t being who they are.”
