Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s finances ‘don’t add up’ with a ‘sponsor funding UK move’, an insider claims.
The couple have reportedly already splashed a huge amount of cash on their return to the UK, despite rumours about their banks not being as full as usual.
The insider claimed that there is ‘no doubt’ somebody is financially backing the Sussexes.
The source said to Woman’s Day that the pair have already incurred major expenses as part of the relocation.
“Meghan, 45, and Harry, 41, are running on a very limited budget so it’s a shock to see them blowing $120k on a private jet using the dogs as an excuse,” an insider told the publication.

“The kids’ schooling alone is over $60k a year and the house they’re renting is around $75k a month and that’s without the renovations Meghan’s planning.”
The expensive choices coincide with the expenses Harry will have to pay, reportedly millions, in legal fees after losing his case against Associated Newspapers Limited.
Many fans have been left baffled by how the couple are managing to cope financially with all of this spending.
The insider added that is ‘no doubt’ they are receiving financial aid, but it is not publicly known from who.
They explained: “Harry and Meghan are paranoid about anyone trying to claim they’re bagging freebies but there’s no doubt someone’s helping them out. Whether it’s the King or Harry’s Uncle Charlie, the math doesn’t add up unless they have some kind of sponsor.”

The source added that if they are ‘somehow’ not getting any help then it proves they are ‘going all in’ on the move to the UK.
Another source told RadarOnline that the Duke and Duchess “aren’t broke”, but do have massive bills to pay and limited sources of income.
They said: “Their lifestyle costs an extraordinary amount to maintain, and adding another substantial home in Britain creates another layer of expense at a time when some of the enormous deals they signed after leaving royal life are no longer producing the same income.”
The Sussexes’ US$100 million Netflix deal ended in 2025, of which Harry and Meghan “may ultimately have retained roughly US$10 million to US$15 million”, RadarOnline reports.
The couple arrived in the UK with their children Archie and Lilibet last week, touching down via private jet at Birmingham Airport before making their way to the Cotswolds.
