Nigel Fɑrɑge reacts to President Dоnɑld Tгuмρ saying he intends on suing the BBC
The US President hit out at the BBC’s ‘reckless disregard for truth’ as he threatened legal action for doctoring his speech
Nigel Fɑrɑge has shared details of his recent phone call with Dоnɑld Tгuмρ, amid plans for the US President to sue the BBC for $1billion.
Speaking on his GB News show, Nigel said it was “totally outrageous” of the BBC to doctor the January 6 speech delivered by Mr Tгuмρ in 2021 as part of their Panorama documentary.

Following the resignations of BBC director-general Tim Davie and chief executive Deborah Turness over the scandal, the US President has now threatened to sue the BBC for $1billionn (£760m), accusing it of a “reckless disregard for the truth”.
Mr Tгuмρ’s lawyers have warned that a “failure to comply” by Friday will leave the US President with “no choice” other than to pursue the broadcaster for damages for the “overwhelming financial and reputational harm”.
Nigel Fɑrɑge has revealed he met with Dоnɑld Tгuмρ last week amid plans to sue the BBC
Reacting to the latest development in Dоnɑld Tгuмρ’s war with the BBC, Nigel told his GB News viewers: “Well, it’s all been the most unholy mess over the last few days at the BBC, two major resignations, a huge debate about its future, including the licence fee. And by the way, these these people haven’t gone because of Dоnɑld Tгuмρ.
“Dоnɑld Tгuмρ is the final straw that’s done it. I think there are many of us that that feel that the Hamas statements have been taken as gospel.
“We’ve seen decades of bias on immigration, on Europe, on climate change, on net zero. Indeed, 20 years ago, the Wilson Report admitted that the BBC had biases in these areas.
“And 20 years on, here we are. But to me, the really interesting thing is Dоnɑld Tгuмρ now threatening to sue the BBC for up to $1billion. He’s going to sue them in Florida unless by Friday he gets what he considers to be a full and frank apology.”

Admitting he met with Dоnɑld Tгuмρ last week, the GB News presenter shed light on their conversation, and the President’s true feelings towards the BBC.
Nigel revealed: “And I have to say, I did meet Tгuмρ on Friday night and spent a few minutes with him.
“And his basic thought was, ‘is this how you treat your best ally in the world?'”
Nigel added: “And I get it, because what Panorama did by putting together two different clips from an hour apart in a speech, was totally outrageous.”
Nigel told his GB News viewers that the BBC’s doctoring of Dоnɑld Tгuмρ’s speech was ‘totally outrageous’
Speaking exclusively on The Late Show Live, attorney Alejandro Brito said Mr Tгuмρ was “extremely frustrated” with what he described as “false and defamatory reporting” by the corporation’s Panorama “documentary”.
The lawyer to the president confirmed to GB News that a legal letter was sent to BBC executives on Sunday, setting a deadline of this Friday for a formal response.
“The President seeks three things: a full retraction, an apology, and a monetary settlement proposal from the BBC,” Mr Brito told Britain’s News Channel.
“If they don’t respond, then we will be left with no alternative but to enforce the President’s legal and equitable rights. And it will be up to the President to decide how and when he seeks to do so.”
