CAITLIN Clark sent a message to a Philadelphia Eagles player after the Super Bowl despite her Kansas City Chiefs fandom.
The WNBA superstar congratulated Cooper DeJean on the Eagles’ success at the Superdome Sunday night.

Rookie DeJean, 22, picked off Patrick Mahomes and returned it for a pick-six to raise the roof.
His play set the Eagles on their way to Super Bowl LIX glory with a 40-22 thrashing.
Clark, 23, was spotted at Arrowhead Stadium earlier this season watching a game with Taylor Swift.
She was hopeful her Chiefs could pull off a historic three-peat.

But even in defeat, she had a message for DeJean.
“She sent me a nice message congratulating me, so that was nice of her being a Chiefs fan and all,” DeJean revealed on the Up and Adams Show.
Clark’s message came because the pair both went to the same college.
She smashed records in women’s basketball at the Iowa Hawkeyes before being the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft.

And DeJean was a second round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft by the Eagles after his college football career.
DeJean became the first player to ever score a touchdown in the Super Bowl on his birthday.

He said: “It’s going to be a great celebration.
“To be able to do it with this group of guys, I come in and since day one – all of us rookies, they brought us in and taught us everything they know.
“Now, to be here on the biggest stage and be able to hold that Lombardi Trophy and do it on my birthday – it’s pretty crazy.
“I was trying to find the fastest way to the end zone.
“Luckily, I got some blocks out there.
