Fashion designer John Galliano appeared to the side of the shot, with just half his face showing, as he gazed away from the camera.

“Contrary to popular belief, organs do not shift permanently when wearing a corset.

“Instead, the soft tissues are temporarily displaced, and the organs are compressed to some degree.
“It’s crucial to approach extreme body shaping practices with caution and prioritise health and well-being over achieving a certain aesthetic.
“Surgery to achieve extreme body shapes also carries risks such as infection, scarring, and long-term health implications.”
Kim is rumoured to have gotten a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) a number of years ago to enhance her hourglass figure.
A BBL is the deadliest surgery around, with more than one death occurring per 4,000 procedures.
It involves plastic surgeons using liposuction to remove fat from other areas of the body and re-injecting it into the thighs and bum.
Despite the rumours and fan speculation, Kim has never publicly acknowledged having such a procedure done.
One doc explained surgery alone couldn’t have achieved Kim’s body shape on for the gala.
The look left hundreds of fans were questioning where her organs and “guts” moved to while in the tight ensemble.
DOC’S WARNING
“When a corset is worn, the tummy contents get pushed up into the chest where the lungs normally take up space,” Naveen Cavale at Real Plastic Surgery said.
“So, breathing can be restricted.
“The lungs are used to a set amount of space to expand and contract in, and they tend not to like the sudden change.
“We see this same thing when we fix big hernias in the abdomen.

Q: What are the long-term dangers of wearing a corset?
A: “Long-term effects of tight corset wear may include issues including rib deformities, restricted breathing and weakened core muscles,” Naveen said.
“Prolonged compression can also lead to organ displacement and digestive issues too.
“Frequent use may alter spinal alignment and posture, contributing to back pain.”
Q: How can I wear a corset safely?
A: “I wouldn’t outright discourage corset wear, but I’ll caveat that by saying that moderation and proper fitting are crucial,” Naveen said.
“Opt for well-designed corsets that distribute pressure evenly and allow for comfortable breathing and movement.
“Limit wear time and incorporate breaks to avoid prolonged compression.”
Q: Can surgery achieve the same hourglass figure as a corset?
A: “Surgery alone can’t do this,” Naveen said.
“And this look has been achieved since Victorian days, with tight corsets.”
“Suddenly pushing all the guts back to where they should be can put a sudden strain on the breathing, so we have to be careful.
“I have even had a patient go into cardiac arrest, when we were fixing a big hernia.”
