“Just Makes No Sense” – NFL Fans Are Losing Their Minds Over Tom Brady’s Decision On Future With FOX

Football fans are losing their minds after Tom Brady’s agent revealed his client’s long-term plans with FOX as a broadcaster.

Tom Brady is wrapping up the first season of a 10-year, $375 million contract he signed with FOX in 2022. The seven-time Super Bowl champion has drawn mixed reviews in his first year as an analyst, with some criticizing his energy, delivery, and ability to provide quality analysis.

As part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, Brady also has to follow a long list of rules that impact his work as an analyst. He cannot criticize the officials on air and is banned from visiting other teams’ facilities and watching their practices, production meetings, etc.

Speculation has ramped up that he’ll walk away from FOX after just one year. But Brady’s longtime agent, Don Yee, revealed in a recent interview with the Sports Business Journal that his client plans to continue his broadcasting career:

“Tom has had a tremendous amount of fun working with Fox this year, and he’s really excited about the future with Fox and his growth on their team. And this year was the first year of a long relationship.”

Needless to say, NFL fans weren’t exactly happy to hear this major announcement from Yee:

“Just makes no sense, literally can’t be a good announcer if you can’t interview players or talk bad about the refs,” remarked one fan.

“I thought he was exhausting to listen to. Just loves the sound of his own voice,” quipped another.

“That’s a shame because he’s awful at it. I loved him as a player but wow he’s awful as an announcer. Totally different skill set and he does not have it,” a fan said.

“Until a better contract/job arrives….i don’t believe this one bit, and there’s nothing wrong with moving on if you want to. 10 years is a long time….,” another added.

“This is gonna be a long 10 years,” remarked one fan.

“Please. Make it stop,” said another.

“There is a 0% chance of that happening,” one fan predicts.

A 10-year commitment is awfully long, yes, but it’d be hard for Brady to walk away after just one year and leave all that money on the table. And if both sides expected his first year to go perfectly with no road bumps, they wouldn’t have agreed to a 10-year deal in the first place.

Tom Brady Has Three More Game Assignments This Year

Brady, Kevin Burkhardt, and Erin Andrews will be on the call for the Detroit Lions-Washington Commanders Divisional Round showdown at Ford Field on Saturday. Eight days later, the trio will call the NFC Championship Game.

Those three will also be on the call for Super Bowl 59 on Feb. 9 in New Orleans, Louisiana, before signing off for the 2024 season.

Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson has emerged as one of the most prominent figures in women’s basketball. Her outstanding achievements and dominant performances on the court have boosted her confidence in her skills. However, this confidence has recently caused her some trouble, as NBA fans criticized her for a recent statement she made.

In a recent episode of the “Roommates” show, Wilson stunned both the NBA and WNBA by claiming that she could defeat New York Knicks star Josh Hart in a one-on-one matchup. Additionally, she predicted that the final score would be 11-8.

“Score would be 11-8, me. I’m not saying you gonna go scoreless, 8 to 11 is pretty solid. So, what do you think it’ll be, Josh?” Wilson said.

Although Josh and Wilson both had a good laugh during their conversation, Wilson’s comment stirred up the basketball community. “She’d lose 11-0 w him only playing w his offhand,” one fan said.
