Gethin continued: “It’s coming to you very soon, you’ll see all the details below, and what we’ve done is put all our favourite bits and bobs, best tips, life-saving, life-changing advice together on one show for you to enjoy,” reports Wales Online.

Celebrating his BBC Breakfast documentary, Sir Chris Hoy: Cancer, Courage and Me, being nominated for a National Television Award in the Authored Documentary category, Sir Chris told Sally and Ben: “Obviously, you guys were a massive part of the documentary about Sarra and myself so that will be exciting, as well. It’s been an exciting few days.”

Sir Chris announced in 2024 that he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer, that had spread to his pelvis, hip, spine and ribs. At the time, doctors had told him he had between two and four years to live. The star is now preparing for his annual charity cycling event, Tour de 4, which raises funds for UK cancer charities.
