She’ll be joining fellow “nepo baby” Dani Dyer whose dad is Danny Dyer, who’s actually starred in a movie with Jaime’s dad, 2006’s football drama All In The Game.

A show insider said: “Bosses will be hoping that Ray will be coming down to the studio to see his daughter dance on more than one occasion – after all he’s a bit of a national treasure.

“But they’ll also be praying that he and Danny will be in the audience on the same night, with the front row looking like a gritty Brit flick.”

Jaime, who’s starred in films including Donkey Punch, Kidulthood and Made in Dagenham, is a firm fixture in the showbiz world.

She used to be engaged to another “nepo baby” in the form of Keith Allen’s son and Lily Allen’s brother, Alfie Allen.

She has been married to DJ James Suckling since 2023.

They have a ten-year-old son together, Raymond, who is named after his grandfather who is known for films including Sexy Beast and is about to return in the second series of Netflix thriller The Gentlemen this autumn.

Jaime was often a regular on the party circuit and is best mates with pop star Rita Ora, 35, and Cara Delevingne, 33.Reality star reveals her newborn twins have life-threatening rare health issue

She also used live with model Daisy Lowe, 37, who was also on Strictly in 2016.

As well as Dani, the other competitors confirmed for this year’s series, set to return in September, are EastEnders’ Lacey Turner, 38, Big Brother presenter Will Best, 41, and Kim Kardashian’s hairdresser Chris Appleton, 43.

A spokesman for Strictly said: “We do not comment on speculation.”

The full list of competitors will be released by the BBC in due course.
