HOLLYWOOD TWIST: Guy Ritchie Makes Surprise Meghan Move After Revealing How He Feels About Harry

TalkTV presenter Peter Cardwell had the latest news on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry on his show, as he welcomed royal commentator Kinsey Schofield onto the airwaves to discuss reports that Meghan has been scouted by Hollywood heavyweight Guy Ritchie to star in series three of The Gentlemen. The Duchess of Sussex is reportedly being eyed up for a role in a series which has not even been confirmed yet.
Schofield said on the programme that it is down to one thing – Ritchie wanting to do the pair a favour after the death of Harry’s mum, Princess Diana. She said: “I still look at a casting like this and think it’s Guy Ritchie honouring Princess Diana’s legacy, doing these two a favour. Because if Meghan Markle were so hot when it comes to Hollywood, she lived an hour from there!

“Why didn’t she pursue any opportunities besides playing herself in this new movie with Jack Quaid and Lily Collins? That’s really the only acting she’s done since she’s returned to the United States.
“You have this multimillion dollar deal with Netflix and it takes you six years to secure something substantial?
“It sounds like Guy Ritchie doing them a favour, and he would be doing that favour again, I think, because of Guy Ritchie’s appreciation for the Royal Family.”

Deadline reports that “preliminary conversations” have taken place which could see Meghan appear in series three of Ritchie’s drama The Gentlemen, starring Theo James, Kaya Scodelario and Vinnie Jones.
The publication reports that the reported talks “are in very early stages” and are “hypothetical at this point because The Gentlemen […] has not been renewed for a third season yet”.
It adds that “no role” has yet been identified for Meghan.
