I’m A Celebrity winner announced in tense live final as stars storm off
One famous face been crowned the winner of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa after a dramatic live final
I’m A Celebrity… South Africa has crowned its ultimate legend. The eagerly-awaited spin-off reached its conclusion on Friday (April 24), with Adam Thomas being declared the winner. Adam went head-to-head alongside Craig Charles, Mo Farah, and Harry Redknapp in a live final broadcast from London.
Adam was rendered speechless after Ant and Dec confirmed his victory, as ITV viewers swiftly flocked to X (formerly Twitter) to express their joy. “Adammm that’s my winner!!” one person wrote, with another adding: “G’wan Adam!!”
A third said: “YES ADAM!! LEGEND!” with another similarly sharing: “Adam is the #ImACeleb legend.”
A fifth fan echoed the sentiment, saying: “He did it!” Meanwhile, other viewers noticed Adam appearing somewhat subdued following a heated confrontation with David Haye and Jimmy Bullard just moments prior. Earlier in the episode, Craig was eliminated in fourth place, with Harry and Mo finishing third and runner-up respectively, reports Wales Online.

Dramatic scenes unfolded live on air when David, who had been embroiled in a “bullying” row with Adam during the show, suddenly challenged the Waterloo Road star over his dispute with Jimmy.
He said: “Do you think you deserve to win this after calling Jimmy the C-word a couple of times? Do you think you deserve to win it?” with Adam replying: “I feel I deserve it, yeah.”
The tension escalated further when Jimmy offered his account of events, sparking a fraught segment that culminated in Sinitta and Gemma storming off in frustration.
Prior to the results being announced, the action returned to South Africa, where the remaining campmates were required to complete one final trial in order to win their last meal together before departing the camp. Each trial had five stars up for grabs, with each campmate responsible for a different course of the meal. Harry competed for the starters, Craig for the main courses, Adam for the desserts, and Mo for the drinks.

Mo went first and was faced with Viper Pit. “You’ll be locked in an underground tomb and in that tomb are five hell holes. You’ll have to feel around inside the hell holes for codes. Once you’ve got those codes, you use them to unlock the stars outside of the hell holes,” Ant explained.
Harry then tackled Heads Up, in which he had to release stars from various boxes using only his tongue. Craig and Adam subsequently took on their respective trials, which went by the names Face In Your Fears and Swallow the Odds.
The gripping series has now drawn to a close, with fans keenly anticipating the return of the Australian instalment later this year.
