Royal author Simon Vigar hails Meghan Markle’s “huge Princess Diana potential” in his new book The Four Wives of Windsor, praising her as “obviously a massive asset” who was “brilliant with the crowd” and “would have been a major player”. He singles out her Grenfell cookbook as proof she is “a doer”, lamenting “it is such a shame that it’s gone to waste”.
Unlike Diana, who wed at 20, Meghan arrived at 36 with “different expectations” and “expected total PR control, which was not possible in the British royal family”. Mr Vigar says of the Duchess of Sussex: “She should have been, could have been, fantastic for the royal family but egos on both sides got in the way.” By 2019 “nobody was talking to each other” and the couple “seemed to be on a path where they felt alone”. They “should have been transformative”, yet that promise was squandered.
Meghan Markle has shown her “deep desire” to get back in front of TV cameras again, a body language expert has said. On Sunday, the Duchess of Sussex appeared as a guest judge on MasterChef Australia, much to the participants’ surprise.
The episode was filmed a few months ago when Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, were on a trip to Australia. In the lead-up to the episode airing on Sunday, MasterChef Australia shared behind-the-scenes footage on social media. One clip showed Meghan preparing to walk onto the set and meet the participants, who cheered and applauded.

This includes Netflix, according to a senior production source who spoke to the Sunday Express. It is believed that a documentary from Sarah is what the Palace “feared the most”, according to Mark Dolan.

Meghan Markle made a big announcement just hours ago, leaving fans excited for what’s to come. On Wednesday, The Duchess of Sussex announced that her brand As Ever would begin selling blackberry spread.
Posting a photograph online of the jar it will be sold in, surrounded by blackberries, the duchess wrote: “Meet our newest pantry favorite. Introducing Blackberry. Made with beautifully ripe blackberries for a rich, vibrant flavor that brings a little taste of the season to your table. Available soon on Asever.com.”

Meghan Markle talks about ‘really hard days’ during new solo appearance after UK trip
Meghan Markle made her first public appearance in weeks on Tuesday, just days after she returned home to California from her recent summer trip to Europe. The Duchess of Sussex attended a special screening for one of her films, Cookie Queens, in Los Angeles.
Cookie Queens is a documentary about four girls who “strive to be a top-selling ‘Cookie Queen,’ navigating an $800 million business in which childhood and ambition collide” and Harry and Meghan executive-produced it through their Archewell Productions company. On Tuesday, Meghan posed with the cast and crew of the documentary and also went on stage to take part in a Q&A, where she revealed what her husband, Prince Harry, told her in order to get through the “really hard days”. Asked about how she motivates herself during “tough moments, Meghan said, as per People: “I think so much of it, funny enough, I was thinking about something my husband told me ages ago, because we all go through experiences and life is full of surprises.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s UK future confirmed – ‘hypocritical in the extreme’
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle visited the UK earlier this month, marking Meghan’s first time in her husband’s home country since 2022. While Harry was in the UK for almost a week, carrying out public engagements and waving to crowds, this was not the case for Meghan.
As the family could not get armed police protection, Meghan flew to the UK much later on in the week with the couple’s two children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five. She made no public appearances despite the initial plans to do so. Despite this, it is believed that the family enjoyed their time in the UK together, with rumours swirling that they may be trying to find their way back into Britain for good.
