Prince William ‘annoyed and frustrated’ over Andrew ‘problem’ as Palace issues statement

Prince William is allegedly “annoyed and frustrated” about how the “Andrew issue” has been handled, according to a royal author. The Prince of Wales is known to hold a firm stance against his uncle, disgraced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and his dodgy dealings with convicted paedophile, Jeffrey Epstein.
It was William, alongside his wife Princess Catherine, who were the first members of the Royal Family to release a statement as the Epstein bombshells dropped earlier this year. Just before the heir’s trip to Saudi Arabia began back in February, and in the midst of the countless of humiliating details about Andrew’s relationship with Epstein, William’s spokesperson released a statement, saying how the prince and his wife are “deeply concerned by the continuing revelations” that had emerged and that their “thoughts remain with the victims”.
The spokesperson said: “I can confirm The Prince and Princess have been deeply concerned by the continuing revelations. Their thoughts remain focused on the victims.”

Now, a royal author has claimed that the future King is furious about the buck-passing involving Andrew.
Royal author Andrew Lownie told the i Paper: “[William] is annoyed and frustrated that the buck keeps being passed on the Andrew issue – that the Queen passed it to Charles, and Charles has had three years to address this, and hasn’t really done it. There’s some tension about that.”
Mr Lownie added that the King “feels his obligation to his relatives” but has his owns “skeletons in the closet” which has resulted in keeping the former Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh “inside the tent”.
But according to the author, “William doesn’t care about any of that”.

The newspaper said Kensington Palace noted that the King and the Prince and Princess of Wales are “in lockstep”.
They added: “The Prince and Princess have been deeply concerned by the continuing revelations. Their thoughts remain focused on the victims.”
Mr Lownie said: “I think he [William] is cleaner than the others and the tension is that he wants a clean stable when he moves into the role of king.”
Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing.
