Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s “truth” was exposed in his latest court defeat, a journalist has claimed. Earlier this week, Prince Harry – alongside six other claimants – lost his case against Associated Newspapers Ltd, the publisher of The Daily Mail.

The prince, who claimed the publisher had written articles about him using unlawful information gathering, lost all of his claims. This left one journalist to say she felt “vindicated” by the court judgement. She also claimed Harry and Meghan simply want publicity, as long as it reflects them positively.

Camilla Tominey wrote in The Telegraph: “Having been on the receiving end of Harry and Meghan’s ‘truth’, I admit to feeling rather vindicated following Mr Justice Nicklin’s judgment in the Prince’s case against Associated Newspapers Ltd. The truth – the whole truth, not the Sussexes’ version of it – is that they have always been entirely comfortable with publicity, provided it is flattering. Write a negative headline, even an accurate one, and suddenly it becomes a media witch hunt.”

King Charles ‘tested beyond endurance’ by latest Prince Harry drama

King Charles was reportedly “tested beyond endurance” by the latest drama surrounding Prince Harry. The Duke of Sussex is in the UK to promote his Invictus Games after Buckingham Palace withdrew its offer for him to stay at the royal residence.

The prince has been embroiled in a back-and-forth bickering with Buckingham Palace over the accommodation offer. Harry claimed he had accepted the King’s offer to stay at the palace but the offer was withdrawn shortly after as it was no longer deemed feasible for him to stay. The palace said there was not enough time to organise the necessary staffing and security provisions to host him, while a spokesperson for Harry maintains they accepted the stay after independent security protocols were confirmed.

Meghan Markle and Harry have ‘just one currency left’ after £50m shock

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have just one “currency” left after Harry’s latest court defeat, a journalist has claimed. On Tuesday, a day after Harry returned to the UK for his latest trip, it was revealed that the duke had lost his court case against Associated Newspapers, the publisher of The Daily Mail.

Harry, alongside other claimants, had accused the publisher of unlawful information gathering to write stories. This was rejected by the publisher, and found to be untrue by the court. This has left Harry with a potential £50m legal bill.

Princess Kate makes surprise appearance to cheer on Prince William play polo

The Princess of Wales has joined her husband for an afternoon of polo fun in the scorching heat yesterday, as she stood on the sidelines ready to watch her husband compete in the annual charity match. Held at Guards Polo Club in Windsor, William is taking part in the DMMI Royal Charity Polo Cup, marking the 15th time he has competed. This year, the event is set to take the total amount raised to more than £15 million, with the money going towards charitable causes that William and Catherine are passionate about.
