Just weeks after asking her loyal audience to vote, The Kelly Clarkson Show has officially taken home a 2025 Webby Award for Best Social Series, thanks to its popular Kellyoke Sound Check segment. The victory was announced on April 23 via Instagram, where Kelly shared the exciting news with her trademark enthusiasm and heartfelt gratitude.
The Kellyoke Sound Check series — which features Kelly warming up backstage with guest musicians before delivering electric performances — has become a standout favourite with viewers. In her message, Kelly gave a special shout-out to her fans for their continued support, saying the award wouldn’t have been possible without them.
With Kelly’s social team filming her genuine reaction to the unexpected news, she also shared with her followers why winning in this category means so much to her.
“Oh, we just won a Webby Award!” Kelly excitedly shouted in the clip. “Best Social Series for Kellyoke Sound Check! Thank you to all my musical guests.”
She even went on to reveal a surprising behind-the-scenes detail. “I don’t think people realize how quick … We literally walk in, I could have never even met this artist, and we do it once. And then we do it for the show, and it’s a testament to how talented all the people that come on are. And to my band and to [the social] team.”

Given how viewers were hoping The Kelly Clarkson Show would win the Webby Award this year, hearing this piece of news had them sending all the congratulations on social media.
