‘AGING IS A PRIVILEGE!’ – GMA Host Ginger Zee moves fans to Tears with heartfelt clapback amid online backlash.
Ginger Zee clapped back at a troll who criticized her appearance after the chief meteorologist shared a behind-the-scenes video of herself on the “Good Morning America” set.
The TV personality, 44, was seen in the clip shared on Instagram Tuesday donning a tight yellow dress, as she briefly walked viewers through the severe storms that will hit the midwest later this week.
“You’re not aging well,” a critic commented on the video, to which Zee responded, “What a privilege to be aging in any manner — thanks for your opinion though.”

Several fans also flocked to support Zee, with one writing, “Darling you are aging wonderfully.”

“You look great. You’re successful. Smart. Self-assured. I was a fan when you were in Chicago. Ignore the naysayers,” another supporter chimed in.
“Honey, don’t let anyone put you down. You are a beautiful woman and if others don’t feel that way, they have the option to not look,” a third wrote.
Zee isn’t a stranger to calling out internet critics as she previously hit back at someone who called her too skinny in 2021.

At the time, the weatherwoman took to X to share a video of herself in a striped dress to celebrate returning to the “GMA” set after the COVID-19 shutdowns.
“I wish Hollywood would stop putting pressure on women to be this skinny,” one critic wrote.
Zee responded to the hater, saying she had “weighed the same” for 20 years.
The meteorologist is an open book and has been candid about her past struggle with an eating disorder at the age of 10 when her parents divorced.
