Fox News host Charlie Hurt didn’t hold back as he slammed Stephen Colbert for his latest tirade against Donald Trvmp.

The late-night host pointed out that Trvmp has been slamming former president Barack 0bama, claiming he and his administration acted “treasonously” during the 2016 election season – something that a source who worked on the bipartisan Senate review of the 2016 election called “wildly misleading,” according to CNN.

Most recently, posting an AI-made video of 0bama getting arr3sted. Colbert said on his show, “What the f  is wrong with this guy?” as his audience cheered.

Colbert’s show recently got the axe by CBS, with many believing it had to do with the lawsuit Trvmp brought against the show’s parent company, Paramount.

During a July 23 broadcast on Fox, Hurt gave his opinion on why Colbert’s show is running until May, saying, “I honestly don’t know why he’s staying around until May. Maybe there’s some theater contract.”

Hurt also brought up a recent tweet from Brendan Carr, the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Carr tweeted, “The partisan left’s ritualist wailing and gnashing of teeth over Colbert is quite revealing. They’re acting like they’re losing a loyal DNC spokesperson that was entitled to an exemption from the laws of economics.”

“He’s not wrong about that. To me, the key word is ‘entitled,'” Hurt explained. He added that Colbert and fellow late-night host Jimmy Kimmel “look like people who inherited great fortunes from their parents or grandparents.”

“And the result of that is they never tried to be funny,” he said. The Fox & Friends host then boasted that he believed Trvmp was “unbelievably hilarious all the time, especially when he’s on the internet posting videos.”

Despite Hurt’s opinion on Colbert’s comedy, the comic’s show has been beloved for years. The Late Show With Stephen Colbert has been the highest-rated American late-night talk show for nine consecutive seasons—the longest streak in franchise history.

The show also won a Peabody Award and was nominated six times for Outstanding Variety Talk Series.

Supporters of Colbert have slammed Paramount for pulling the show, with many believing the company was giving in to Donald Trvmp and his hatred of liberal talk show hosts.

Many fans have unsubscribed to Paramount’s streaming service, Paramount+, in protest.
