“Canc3r hasn’t let me go” – Jessie J BREAKS DOWN revealing Real Health Struggle, moving fans to Tears!
Jessie J has confirmed that she is not cnc3r free, a day after posting her hopes to be rid of the disease following her mastectomy.
The singer, 37, who underwent surg3ry late last week, said on Friday that her previous post had been ‘misunderstood’ and while she was ‘praying’ for good news, the cnc3r at present had unfortunately not ‘all gone’.
Jessie went on to say that she was awaiting test results and would be taking a week’s break from social media in order to ‘focus on her recovery‘.
Speaking about the misunderstanding she wrote: ‘I posted a list of pros and cons of having breast cnc3r surg3ry. The first pro I put was… the cnc3r has all gone’.
‘This was a positive affirmation NOT a fact. I don’t have my results yet. I added the [fingers crossed emoji] in thinking people would understand and clearly a lot didn’t.
She went on: ‘A weird situation. My fault for not being clearer. But for now I do not have my results after surg3ry which was only 6 nights ago. I pray it will be true soon but the journey of cnc3r isn’t that simple unfortunately’.

Later Jessie confirmed that while she had written the ‘cnc3r is gone’ she included a fingers crossed emoji as ‘it’s a hope not a fact’.
She added: ‘I only had my surg3ry 4 days ago. I was just saying the pros of surg3ry and this situation and being positive.
‘But I will get my results soon. And hopefully I can post that as a fact. But for now I don’t know. But I will stay positive and talk what I want into the universe’.
Jessie went on to share a list of ‘cons’ writing that ‘these are very honest/some are silly.’
She began with an emotional comment about parenting, admitting she was missing ‘not being able to be the mum I’m used to being and not picking sky up or the person I’m used to being tbh. I don’t sit down ever. lol.
She added: ‘The fear of not knowing if the cnc3r is all gone – the mental with this is [face in clouds emoji.’
She ended the post with a list of physical issues, as she wrote: ‘The pain and discomfort is ok and expected but a d**khead when I’m trying to sleep. Sneezing is a myth – that hirts. Not pooing from the anaesthetic and the painkillers I just wanna pooooooo.’
She later added a follow-up post about her discomfort, telling fans: ‘Since my surg3ry I have only been on paracetamol and ibuprofen because my bl00d pressure is too low for anything stronger and even they have got be backed up like N old chimney.’
‘I have had laxatives, a good fresh diet, prunes, juices and your girl is 20% leg and 80% [poo emoji]. Any suggestions welcomed.’

Jessie has admitted that during her recovery she is missing’not being able to be the mum I’m used to being and not picking sky up or the person I’m used to being tbh’
The singer shared an ‘honest’ account of her breast cnc3r treatment on Instagram on Monday following her surg3ry.
Jessie posted selfies from her hospital bed showing her chest bandaged up, as well as a tearful video after coming round from the anaesthetic, seemingly filmed by her partner Chanan Safir Colman.
She could be seen speaking to Chanan quietly about how she was thinking about saying ‘I love you’ to their two-year-old son Sky.
The clip showed the star in recovery, groggily telling her boyfriend: ‘I was imagining Sky saying “I love you mummy” and I was saying “I love you, I love you back”.’
Chanan was also seen sweetly kissing her as she prepared to be wheeled down to surg3ry, whilst other clips showed Jessie’s delight when her young son Sky, two, was allowed to visit.
She showed the realities of surg3ry, sharing a look at her surgical drain, which helps with fluid build up whilst in one video she sang to herself whilst she waited to go into surg3ry, singing: ‘I’ve now been at the hospital for six and a half hours.’
