Mark Consuelos only has eyes for longtime spouse Kelly Ripa… except when The White Lotus season 3 star Walton Goggins is in the couple’s workplace, apparently.
In the aftermath of the HBO series’ season 3 finale, Goggins appeared Tuesday morning on Live With Kelly & Mark for an interview about the episode’s epic drama, but his gaze also apparently caused quite a stir backstage at the talk show.
“Receding hairlines are suddenly sexy thanks to White Lotus hunk Walton Goggins,” Ripa told the audience, referencing recent headlines about Goggins’ appeal in the show’s Thailand-set third season. “I have to say, I don’t really consider Walton Goggins to have a receding hairline, this is not what I think of as a receding hairline at all, but we can all agree he is sexy.”

She continued, admitting that Goggins’ appeal has a distinct power over her.
“When you see him in person, out of the jungle — with respect to you, and I think you’ll agree — he is way sexier,” Ripa told her husband, who agreed.

“I met him backstage and I was lost in his eyes. I got lost. That smile!” Consuelos said. “He’s got what the kids call, what do the kids call it? Rizz! He’s lovely. The nicest, sweetest guy.”
Goggins then appeared later in the show to discuss The White Lotus finale, and the couple translated their feelings on his physicality into positive prospects for the actor’s chances at the 2025 Emmys.
While Goggins might be the couple’s flavor of the moment, he’s not the first Live guest to have the cohosts smitten with adoration. In November 2023, Ripa and Consuelos lost it over Bryant Gumbel’s hands, of all things.
“He is human cashmere, he is cashmere in a human being,” Ripa said, while Consuelos observed: “Very soft hands. I rubbed his hands!”
