Taking to Instagram, Jonny Mitchell revealed he and his partner Simone Engelhardt are expecting their first child.
He captioned: “Well.. she’s getting too big to keep this a secret much longer
“As Bella Ramsey would say – I’m gonna be a dad.
“I don’t post much personal stuff on here, but I’ll make an exception for this.
“Anyone who knows me well, knows that I was never a massive fan of the idea of kids.
“But I think it’s something that you don’t really feel until you have a woman in your life who you know will be an amazing mother.
“Which I know @engelhardtlund will be.
“So it’s safe to say I’ve warmed up to the idea.
“Life has been an endless rollercoaster of unexpected twists and turns over the past decade, it’s hard to imagine where we were even 5 years ago to where we are now.
“And it looks like the next chapter is here right on time!
