Emily Compagno of Fox News – A broken first marriage and the secret man of her Second Chance!
Fans of Outnumbered, one of Fox News’s most popular shows, have become increasingly interested in getting to know the hosts as they tackle the most-talked-about issues of the day. Emily Compagno, in particular, has sparked the interest of many, which is why she has over 450,000 Instagram followers.
In addition to knowing more about Emily’s experience in the legal field, many want to know if she’s married and who her husband is (sorry fellas, she’s taken!).
Emily began her political career after graduating law and passing the California bar exam, after which she became a criminal defense attorney in San Francisco. Meanwhile, she was still working as the captain of the Oakland Raiders cheerleading squad, so she’s a woman of many talents. But who is Emily Compagno’s husband?

Emily Compagno’s first husband was Peter Riley, also from the northwest.
Emily and Peter both attended college at the University of Washington. Emily graduated with a B.A. in political science, and Peter also pursued a degree in political science, although he graduated in 2000. Both Emily and Peter are the same age, and while they don’t seem to have kids, their love story is admirable.
Peter is a senior account manager at NVIDIA with a reportedly pretty high net worth, although there’s no way to corroborate internet rumors of up to an $8 million net worth. He previously worked as an account manager at Netskope. However, if he and Emily had an equal financial partnership, that number wouldn’t be too absurd.
Emily and Peter tied the knot on Sept. 13, 2017, in true storybook style. Emily had her heart set on saying “I do” at her family’s stunning estate in Villa Cimbrone, Italy, and the couple exchanged vows at the enchanting outdoor Tea Room Pavilion. It all seemed picture-perfect… until it wasn’t. While the exact timeline of their split remains a mystery, one thing’s for sure: Emily’s moved on and is now sporting some new bling (details coming up!).
This doesn’t come as a surprise as there were already rumors of a divorce swirling, though Emily hasn’t spoken about it. In fact, Emily does her best to keep her private life out of the spotlight, so she doesn’t post anything on her social media about Peter.

Is that an engagement ring?
However, through some internet sleuthing, we know that although they only married in 2017, Emily and Peter first met when they were teenagers, and they reconnected on the streets of Seattle just one year before getting married! It was l0ve at *sec0nd* sight. And before Peter began working at Netskope, he served as the major account manager for Palo Alto Networks, per his LinkedIn profile. Prior to that, he held an account manager role at Cisco Systems.

Emily Compagno is officially 0ff the m@rket (again) and engaged to a mystery man!
Despite the lack of details surrounding Emily Compagno and her husband’s split, it’s clear the two have gone their separate ways. Emily confirmed her engagement during an Aug. 28, 2024 episode of Fox Business, where she and Walser Wealth Management President Rebecca Walser discussed the importance of work-life balance.
Given Emily’s knack for keeping her personal life under wraps, it’s anyone’s guess when we’ll get to know her mystery fiancé — unless she surprises us with wedding photos when they finally say “I do.”
