Marshall met with a young fan through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
We will never know how many people Eminem met in his Mom’s Spaghetti restaurant, which seems to have become his usual place for meet and greet with fans organised by this charity. However, from time to time, participants decide not to keep these moments strictly private and share them with the world, helping other Eminem fans see this side of his character.
That happened recently when a caretaker of a young boy named Stanley posted a photo online, expressing her gratitude to the foundation and Marshall personally. She wrote:
thank you to Make-A-Wish and Eminem for granting Stanley’s wish yesterday. It was the most unforgettable and special experience ever. Words cannot express the gratitude I have, along with Stanley’s dad for the opportunity to make this happen! ❤️
In case you are worried about a violation of privacy, the boy knows that his photo is out there, next to Eminem, for everybody to see. And he has something to say about the situation as well:
Stanley wants to let everyone know that his name is actually “Stanley” but he wasn’t named after the song “stan,” he was named after the Stanley Cup!
