Lately, Hoda, 59, has been sharing photos of self-help books to her Instagram.

Whether it is the cover or a passage from one of the books, she is sharing the wisdom from it with her followers.

On November 9, Hoda shared the cover of The Book of Awakening- Having the Life You Want by Being Present to the Life You Have by Mark Nepo.

“Nov 9— lets dive,” she commented the post.

The Today host then shared a snippet of the book which had November 9 above it and a small quotes underneath it.

“Driving Half Blind,” it was titled.

“We carry within us the wonders we seek without us- Thomas Brown.”

She then shared the rest of the that passage for the day about softening pain that one is experiencing.

THE PIVOT YEAR

The second post, shared this week, was captioned: “happy Thursday,” with a heart emoji.

Hoda read The Pivot Year: 365 Days to Become the Person You Truly Want to Be by Brianna Weist.

She shared the cover on her table and then posted a page from the book.

Hoda was up to day 84 and felt the need to share the message with the followers.

“It is heavy because you are not supposed to carry it this far, for this long,” the first line read.

Every line on the page began with “It is heavy because…”

What is heavy for the morning journalist is not clear.

‘MORE CONFIDENT’

Fans took notice of a change in Hoda since she has been reading and sharing these books.

They took to her comments to let her know.

“In listening to you daily, I do notice a change… a more confident Hoda!” one wrote.

“So powerful,” said another.

Many other followers simply thanked her for sharing the post.

“I love your spirit, and zest for life. You already seem so complete. But your posts make me feel you are still searching. I think you are enough :),” another fan wrote.

“You seem more confident recently. Could it be these books?” asked one last follower.

Fans have even noticed a change on TV in Hoda’s demeanor.
