Lorraine Kelly’s Ice-Cold 3 WORDS ignite Public Uproar – Meghan Markle left Stunned
Lorraine Kelly issued a three-word response to the Meghan Markle title row on Tuesday (April 29).
During today’s edition of ITV’s Lorraine, the host spoke to Sonali Shah and Jo Elvin about the latest royal news.
After discussing the Prince and Princess of Wales’ upcoming trip to the Isle of Mull, the trio then began talking about Meghan’s first podcast interview.
The Duchess of Sussex joined IT Cosmetics co-founder Jamie Kern Lima for an episode of her eponymous podcast on Monday (April 28).
During the interview, Meghan spoke about her new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, the launch of her lifestyle brand and also shared some personal family updates.

As well as her podcast appearance, the Duchess has recently made headlines for her use of the HRH title after she left official royal duties back in 2020.
Meghan notably sent Jamie a gift basket ahead of her interview, which included a card that read: “With Compliments of HRH The Duchess of Sussex.”
Although no laws were passed to prevent their use, an agreement with the late Queen and senior officials stipulated that Harry and Meghan would stop using the world “royal” following their departure from official duties.
A spokesperson for the Sussexes has said that they do not use HRH titles.
Speaking about the topic on today’s Lorraine, the host bluntly said: “It doesn’t matter.”

She added: “But actually, to those that care, this is a big deal that she’s doing that, isn’t it?”
“Well, I do think that there’s a valid point in there because we all know very famously that Meghan and Harry wanted to get away from royal duties and the public scrutiny that comes with that,” Jo replied.
“99.9% of us were like, ‘You know what, fair enough, we completely understand where you’re coming from’. The deal was if you’re not working royals as per the Queen’s advice, don’t use your royal titles.”
Sonali then interjected, saying: “For commercial purposes, I think. So, this is like a basket for a friend.”
“That does feature her jam which she wants to sell, so I understand,” Jo quickly responded.
