Their intimate ceremony had just 18 guests at an outdoor venue in South Carolina. Doocy wore a navy tux, while Vaughn chose a long-sleeve floral dress. The original plan was to get married in January, but pandemic rules pushed it to spring.
In September 2022, Vaughn announced she was expecting during Fox & Friends, playfully saying, “I’m eating for two,” followed by a sonogram reveal. Their daughter, Bridget Blake Doocy, was born in February 2023 when Vaughn was headed to Capitol Hill. She joked, “Good thing I didn’t need senators-turned-doctors to help!“
Two years later, baby George arrived in April 2025. Vaughn was once again at Capitol Hill, this time covering taxes. “Maybe he got tired of tax talk!” she quipped.
