Celebrity Big Brother star Chris Hughes has ‘secretly gifted’ JoJo Siwa a ring that she’s been wearing on her necklace, eagle-eyed fans have claimed.

The Dance Moms star, 21, who is now back in LA, has made it clear she is missing the former Love Islander, 32,  after the pair struck up a ‘special’ friendship in the house.

And it looks like he possibly gave her a token to commemorate their bond, as social media sleuths have noticed the ring she has around her neck is very similar to one Chris wore in the house.

One fan took to TikTok to write: ‘That ring looks so familiar just like the hoodie and beanie did at the airport. Little hints are being dropped right here.’

They then shared a black and white snap of Chris wearing the ring and a screenshot from JoJo’s latest Instagram video, where she had the ring attached to her necklace.

Another fan wrote on X: ‘Ok, I might possibly be delusional lol but the ring that JoJo has attached to her necklace in the video on her Instagram page today looks SO SO similar to the ring Chris usually wears!! Could he have given her his ring?!’

JoJo also sported the ring in a recent TikTok video where she said she ‘doesn’t like anything that she liked before Big Brother’.

She explained: ‘Since leaving the UK and Big Brother what I noticed the most is that I don’t like anything that I liked prior to being on Big Brother.

‘The food I don’t like, I don’t get around. The drinks I used to drink while being in America I don’t like. If you had told me before going in the house that I’d come back after a long day of rehearsals and want a tea I would think you’re crazy.

‘And not only am I having a cup of tea now but I’m also having one first thing in the morning – that’s crazy. I can’t get into anything else right now. I miss my old habits.

‘I miss the tea in England, I miss Jack [Shepherd] making my tea. I miss stealing Chris’ tea. I miss it so much.’

It comes amid the news that Chris is ‘stepping in as a replacement for Christine McGuinness’ after she suddenly quit Celebs Go Dating over fears it was ‘too soon’ to publicly date.

The Celebrity Big Brother star, who made it to the final of the ITV series, will apparently fill the gap left by Christine after she stepped back from the show.

Christine, 37, announced that she was leaving the process because of the increased interest in her love life in an Instagram post on Thursday night.

During a joint This Morning appearance on Monday, fan favourites Chris and JoJo insisted that their close relationship was purely platonic.

Host Ben Shephard asked if she wanted anything more, to which JoJo said: ‘Look, he’s a great guy. It’s platonic. We have a lot of fun together. I don’t know the future, whatever life does, it will do.’

Celebs Go Dating bosses are said to have taken advantage of the current interest in Chris and scooped him up as a last minute signing for the dating show.

A TV insider told The Sun: ‘This is set to be a great coup for Celebs Go Dating.

‘The agents will be eager to get to know the real truth about Chris and what he is looking for following his connection with JoJo.’

Meanwhile, JoJo is still missing the UK and reliving her memories from the Big Brother house as she reshared a series of snaps of her and Chris over the last few days.

After Chris shared a cosy snap with JoJo as he gushed about making ‘friendships to last a lifetime,’ the singer took to her Instagram Story to repost the pictures as she shared a heart emoji.

In another snap of Chris and the show’s winner Jack P Shepherd dressed as pirates, JoJo penned: ‘I miss these 2 and this day and this house’.

And as Chris shared a screenshot from a text conversation from his family reacting to the bizarre episode where JoJo and Chris proceeded to urinate in a litter tray during the house cat challenge, JoJo added: ‘This made me cackle’.

JoJo Siwa hints at UK return after CBB ‘platonic’ closeness to Chris

It comes amid reports that JoJo and Chris are in early talks to secure a big money deal and host their own spin off show.

Despite denying romance rumours the pair have admitted they are ‘soulmates’ and TV bosses are keen to cash in.

A source told The Sun: ‘Chris and JoJo are being bombarded with lucrative offers since becoming the stand-out housemates of the series.

‘There’s a lot of speculation they’ll end up doing a TV show together – with ITV keen to capitalise on their natural connection and bond.

‘It’s early days as no one expected them to have formed this kind of relationship, but the public are so invested it would be mad for ITV not to take advantage of it.’

A TV insider confirmed to the publication that the negotiations were ongoing and nothing was yet confirmed.
