Fox News host and former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany shared exciting personal news live on air, revealing that she is expecting her third child.
During Monday’s episode of Outnumbered, the 36-year-old journalist and political commentator teased viewers before making her announcement.
“Sean and I are expecting our third child, which we’re so excited about,” she said, prompting enthusiastic cheers and congratulations from her co-hosts.
“It’s such a sweet and special time,” she added. “I was pregnant during Christmas and Thanksgiving, which made the holidays even more meaningful. Now that my daughter Blake knows, she runs up to me, holds my stomach, and says, ‘Let me kiss the baby.’”

We’re planning a gender reveal,” McEnany shared. “The baby is due in June, and I hope you’ll join me on this exciting journey. I’ll be sharing updates live on social media and on the show, including the gender reveal right here.
McEnany and her husband, Sean Patrick Gilmartin, a retired Major League Baseball pitcher who played for teams including the New York Mets, Baltimore Orioles, and Tampa Bay Rays are already parents to five-year-old daughter Blake and two-year-old son Nash.
Dressed in a vibrant pink blazer and heels for the segment, McEnany clarified that her outfit choice was not a hint about the baby’s gender.
She revealed that a gender reveal would be done on-air at a later date and shared that the baby is expected to arrive in June.
A Special Time for the McEnany Family
Accompanying her announcement, McEnany displayed a framed ultrasound photo, explaining that she has similar keepsakes for her older children at home. She expressed gratitude for this “very special time” with her family.
Reflecting on her journey to motherhood, McEnany previously shared in a 2023 interview with DailyMail.com that she had faced challenges conceiving her son Nash.
Her pregnancy news comes after significant personal health decisions, including an elective double mastectomy in 2020 upon discovering she carries the BRCA2 gene mutation.
This genetic mutation significantly increases the risk of breast cancer by 84% and ovarian cancer by 27%, leading her to take proactive medical measures.
A Joyful On-Air Moment
Her co-host, Harris Faulkner, congratulated her on behalf of the Outnumbered team, celebrating the happy news.Wrapping up her announcement with two Bible verses, McEnany lightheartedly asked, “With all that said, can I unbutton my jacket now? It’s very tight. I’m busting outta here.”
As she looks forward to welcoming her third child, McEnany continues to balance her career in media with her growing family, sharing her journey with viewers and fans alike.
