TV SHOCKER: Has ALAN CARR been suddenly pulled from BBC? Controversial reason revealed.
A popular BBC show has been rescheduled for weeks in a shake-up set to leave fans furious.
Alan Carr typically appears on screens every Thursday at 8pm with his BBC One show, Alan Carr’s Interior Design Masters.
The comedian’s sixth series kicked off last month but is set to face disruptions.
Next week’s episode (May 8) has been booted out of the prime-time TV spot and will air on Friday (May 9).
Instead, two hours of VE Day coverage will broadcast between 8pm and 10pm, marking 80 years since the end of World War II in Europe.
VE Day 80, A Celebration To Remember will be presented by Zoe Ball and air an impressive live concert from Horse Guards Parade.

It will mark the end of a day of celebrations with more coverage starting at 10.45am to 1.30pm of a service at Westminster Abbey.
However, Alan Carr’s show is set to face further scheduling shake-ups with the sixth episode moving to Wednesday May 14 at 8pm, instead of the Thursday, according to The Sun.
The Eurovision Song Contest’s semi finals are timetabled in on May 13 and May 15 instead.
It will see 37 countries put their best singers forward and compete for a place in the Grand Final, set to air on May 17.
The BBC has seen other schedule shake-ups recently including last month, when Morning Live was pulled from screens.
Regularly hosted by Michelle Ackerley and Gethin Jones, among others, the show airs Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 10.45am on BBC One.
However, the show did not show on TV schedules from Monday, April 14.
Instead, Rip Off Britain and Dr Xand’s Con Or Cure took the programme’s slot.
Morning Live is set to return to television on May 5 after a break from screens. The show usually has scheduled breaks in the year.
Back in July it was taken off air for an entire month on another ‘break’.

A social media post read: ‘Here’s this week’s Strictly Fitness summer themed workout with Mr Neil Jones.

The post concluded by reminding fans that they can still catch up on all the morning workouts with the Strictly Come Dancing professional by heading to their catchup service.
