UNBELIEVABLE: Young Fox News reporter Lawrence Jones makes a sh0cking First-Time revelation about the Type of woman he’s interested in, leaving viewers stunned.
Fox & Friends co-host Lawrence Jones declared, “I love thick women” during a segment about controversial marketing like the American Eagle ad featuring actress Sydney Sweeney.
During a debate about the American Eagle ad, as well as a new commercial for Dunkin’ Donuts’ Golden Hour Refresher starring The Summer I Turned Pretty actor Gavin Casalegno, Jones and co-hosts Ainsley Earhardt and Brian Kilmeade discussed backlash to the use of attractive celebrities to sell products.
“This is about marketing 101,” Jones said. “Good-looking people sell products very well. It’s just the reality of it.”
Jones also brought up that the American Eagle and Dunkin’ ads are an apparent shift from using “stocky people” in advertisements.
“And it’s no offense to stocky people,” Jones said. “I love thick women, too.”
Amused, Kilmeade asked, “Did you say ‘I love thick women’?”
“I do, I do,” Jones said. “I love women all shapes and sizes. But sometimes they don’t sell the product. And it’s all about who sells the product and who men envision and who women envision themselves to be.”
Read some of the conversation here:
LAWRENCE JONES: They gotta knock this off. You know what? This is about marketing 101. Good-looking people sell products very well. It’s just the reality of it.
AINSLEY EARHARDT: Famous people.
JONES: And you gotta know who you are marketing to. First of all, men don’t drink Refreshers, so this Refresher ad was for women and y’all like ’em. Y’all like the way he looks and you’re gonna buy it as a result of it. It’s about money. I know over the past four or five years, they tried to put different people on that they feel like —
BRIAN KILMEADE: Stocky people, shapeless.
JONES: It’s true, it’s true. And it’s no offense to stocky people, I love thick women, too. [Laughter]
KILMEADE: Did you say ‘I love thick women?’
JONES: I do, I do. I love women all shapes and sizes. But sometimes they don’t sell the product. And it’s all about who sells the product and who men envision and who women envision themselves to be.
KILMEADE: Like if you had a product for the thick, that is where you get a thick woman.
EARHARDT: A milk shake?
KILMEADE: Exactly, there you go.
The new American Eagle ad campaign starring Sweeney has been branded racist and “Naz1 pr0p2ganda” by far-left critics.
Sweeney models jean products in ads that declare she has “great jeans.” One video includes the actress seeing a poster of herself that says she has “great genes.” The word “genes” is replaced with “jeans” at the end of the video.
