With the Philadelphia Eagles back in action this Sunday, a few fans sounded off on Ryan Caldwell, the supporter caught on camera calling a female Green Bay Packers fan an “ugly, dumb c**t” last Sunday.

Caldwell has since been fired from his job and banned from attending events at Lincoln Financial Field.

He’s made a public apology in which he states that the video does not accurately represent who he is as a person while claiming that he was provoked into saying whatever he said.

Fellow Eagles fans are having none of it, however.

Philadelphia Eagles Fans Hate What Caldwell Did

Daily Mail caught up with some Philly fans outside the Eagles’ grounds before Sunday’s game, and they expressed embarrassment over his behavior.

“We don’t claim that guy,” one of them declared. “We definitely are a hard fan base, but what he did was too far. And most fans would agree with that.”

“He was being an a**hole,” another fan said. “You have a very vocal minority of Eagles fans that are a**es like that. The majority of them are good people, great fans… what sums us up? Passion.”

The first fan who spoke to the outlet insisted that most Eagles fans are very good people despite their reputation.

“People from Philadelphia are definitely very outspoken,” he said. “We’ll let you know how we feel about it. But don’t take it to heart… (there’s) no real enmity, no hatred for other fans. It’s just a love for our teams.”

Meanwhile, the Eagles remain in a tooth-and-nail fight with the Rams in a bid to get back to the NFC Championship game.
