Back in June, Kelsey, 34, issued a heartbreaking update after losing her baby at nine months.
Kelsey had Aurelia, as well as four-year-old Bodhi, with her late husband and The Wanted popstar Tom Parker, who d13d of glioblastoma, a form of brain tumour, in 2022.
Phoenix was her first child with boyfriend Will, whom she started dating last September.
At the time, Kelsey said she knew late husband Tom would “send the right man for her.”
Now, Kelsey has opened up on being “strong” on Thursday’s episode of ITV daytime series Lorraine.
In a candid chat with stand-in anchor Christine Lampard, she told how “a problem shared is a problem halved” as she explained her willingness to share her loss.
Explaining the impact of the tot being “born sleeping” on the couple she told the show: “For me we take each day, and each day looks so different for both of us.
“But I am strong, I keep saying this, but I am really strong.
“The one thing we are guaranteed is that we are going to d13, so that is so important.”
Kelsey, who told her kids that “Phoenix has gone with your daddy” to heaven and the stars, did admit she needed time away from social media despite all the well wishes from fans.
Kelsey Parker shares heartbreaking letter to her ‘angel’ baby as she learns to live with the ‘ache’ after tragic loss
She opened up on their family holiday in the aftermath of Phoenix’s passing and said: “It was a lot to face everyone on social media, and I just needed that time away.
“Everyone that follows me and my friends sent me so much love, but I just needed that bit of time.”
HEARTBREAKING LETTER
Earlier this week, Kelsey shared a heartbreaking letter to her “angel” baby as she continued to deal with the “ache” of her loss.
Alongside a video montage of her at the beach posted to Instagram, she wrote: “A Letter to My Angel. It’s hard to find the words.
“There is no preparing for this kind of heartbreak. I had dreams for you, your first giggle, your first steps, the way you would cling to me when the world felt too big.
“All those moments I imagined are now part of a different kind of story — one I never thought I’d have to write to you.
“But this isn’t just about pain, it is about the quiet but powerful love you brought into this world. About how you changed me — made me softer, more grounded, and somehow even more grateful.”
She continued: “Grief and gratitude can exist together. I grieve what was lost, but I am so thankful I had the chance to carry you for 9 months and love you unconditionally, I told you every day I loved you.
“You will always be mine. My son. My light. My why.
“I share this not because I have answers, but because silence can be lonely. And if you are walking through a similar kind of grief, please know you’re not alone. There’s a quiet sisterhood in this heartbreak, and I feel you deeply.”
She concluded: “For now, I’m learning to live with the ache, to breathe through the waves, and to find little pockets of peace in the middle of the storm.
“And I know that even though I can’t hold you in my arms, I carry you in my heart, always.”
