Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker is getting high praise from Gracie Hunt.
Hunt, the daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, has made her feelings on Harison Butker clear this week.
Harrison Butker may have garnered criticism last year off the field due to words at a college, but Graci believes his presence in the locker room is certainly felt.
Butker became a rather polarizing figure over his faith-based commencement speech at Benedictine College and urged women to embrace the title of “homemaker.”
He also slammed President Joe Biden for his stance on abortion and his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
While Butker’s faith has sparked mixed reactions from the public, Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt sees his influence as overwhelmingly positive, especially regarding Patrick Mahomes.
In an appearance on Riley Gaines’ “Gaines for Girls” podcast, Hunt praised Butker for his “boldness in his faith.”

“Harrison is an amazing guy and the most kind, genuine person. He is an awesome family man, they’re so sweet and precious,” Hunt said. “I think what’s been really cool to see this year especially, is that it’s such a sense of iron sharpening iron. Harrison and his boldness in his faith encourages other guys to be bold in their faith.”
“You’ve seen Patrick be so bold in his faith and thanking God right off the bat when we won the AFC Championship. Boldness empowers boldness, and it’s just so refreshing to see, and I think he’s such a light to everybody around him.”
Mahomes spoke openly and honestly about his faith this week.
“He’s my Lord and Savior,” Mahomes said.
“It’s someone that I look up to every single day to decide what I want to do with my life and how I want to live my life. And so Jesus is everything to me at the end of the day.”
Gracie Hunt Also Spoke On Harrison Butker’s Commencement Speech
Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker faced rife backlash for comments made in front of graduating students during a commencement ceremony where he encouraged women to lean into their vocations as wives, mothers, and homemakers.
Not many people liked what he said, but Gracie Hunt was not one of those people.
Asked whether she understood where his message was coming from, Gracie said, “For sure, and I really respect Harrison and his Christian faith and what he’s accomplished on and off the field.”
Days before the Super Bowl, Butker doubled down on his remarks from last year, saying, ‘God has given me this platform, and I’m going to say what I believe to be true and what I hold close to my heart.’
He made it clear that he had nothing to apologize for.

The Kansas City Chiefs visited the White House for the second straight year Friday, celebrating their fourth NFL title after defeating the San Francisco 49ers in February.
Hunt took to her Instagram story and shared a selfie from the White House as she showed off her tight-fitting red dress that showed off her toned legs.
The Crystal Button Mini Dress In Red she wore can be purchased for as much as $2,300. She paired the dress with a gold beaded clutch bag.
Lamar Hunt, Gracie’s grandpa, transferred his original team from Dallas to Kansas City and went on to form the Chiefs in 1963. Lamar, the son of oil magnate H. L. Hunt, tried to launch a Dallas football team in 1960. After being rejected by the NFL, he founded the AFL to house his Dallas Texans franchise.

Three years later, he moved the Dallas-based team to Kansas City and renamed it the Chiefs. The Chiefs were admitted to the NFL in 1970.
Upon Lamar’s death in 2006, Clark and his siblings inherited ownership of the Kansas City team. Under his leadership via Wikipedia, the Kansas City Chiefs made four Super Bowl appearances following the 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023 seasons, via Wikipedia.com.

Although Gracie Hunt is most recognized for her social media following and as a member of the illustrious Hunt family, who owns the Kansas City Chiefs, Gracie was a competitor in pageants not long ago. After winning the title of Miss Kansas in 2021, she competed in Miss USA and placed in the top 16.
Gracie’s mother, Tavia, has a comparable timeline to her daughter and a history in pageantry. The elder Hunt won Miss Kansas USA in 1993 after competing as Miss Missouri Teen USA in 1990.
