Princess Beatrice has quietly made a return to social life as she attended a close friend’s baby shower in London amid ongoing scrutiny involving her parents, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and Sarah Ferguson and the late convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.
As per Hello!, Beatrice was present for her close friend and stylist, Olivia Buckingham’s baby shower. Olivia shared a post on her Instagram: “I’m still feeling all the feels from the most amazing #BabyShower and an enormous sense of gratitude for what can only be described as being inside a giant love bubble.
“Thank you for all the love and incredible support from my friends and family near and far.”
On Thursday, the mother-to-be took to Instagram to share a series of snaps from her close-knit baby shower with friends. Lavish pictures showed a two-tiered cake decorated with ribbons and icing, and also customised biscuits.
Princess Beatrice and her husband Edo were last pictured in March, enjoying a meal at the Eel Sushi Bar in Notting Hill, following rumours of marriage troubles.
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo are parents to Sienna, four, and Athena, one. Beatrice is also step-mother to Wolfie, from Edo’s previous relationship with architect Dara Huang.

Neither Beatrice nor her sister Eugenie was seen at the royal family’s Easter celebrations at the start of the month, nor at the events to celebrate the late Queen Elizabeth’s centenary last week.
Beatrice’s outing comes just one day after her younger sister, Princess Eugenie, was spotted at a wedding in Sicily
