BREAKING NEWS: Meghan just gave Princess Kate her terms -it’s a slap in the face
The whispers say Meghan has laid down terms for Kate, but the part that hits hardest is how it turns old wounds into a fresh humiliation.

You have to admire her chutzpah because if rumours are true – Meghan Markle has skin thicker than a rhino and the nerve of a tightrope walker. Let’s admit it – as soon as it was confirmed Prince Harry, 41, and Meghan Markle, 45, were ending their self-imposed exile and heading back to Britain for an extended period, we all thought the same thing.
Will this melt the icy relationship between the Sussexes on one side, and Prince William, Princess Catherine and the similarly slighted Queen Camilla on the other? Harry, Meghan, William and Kate used to be dubbed the ‘Fab Four’, a nickname once belonging to The Beatles, and were thick as thieves.
In 2009, the brothers established The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry for their philanthropic endeavours and eventually Kate and Meghan joined and it was renamed The Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Then – as Harry later laid bare in his 2023 memoir Spare – the two couples had the mother of all fallouts with a series of petty rows.
Harry tries to paint these as major, tear-inducing snubs yet to many of us they came across if true as no different to any squabbles among siblings growing up.
But then the frosty relations became a sub-zero ice age, all courtesy of Harry and Meghan’s US media tour and Spare, where Harry repeatedly insinuated his brother and Kate treated him unfairly.
So is the scene finally set for the mother of all thawing rapprochement, or more icy entrenchment?
How would a bit of ‘forgive and forget’ actually play out?

Well sources have now claimed that the Duchess of Sussex, after landing on our shores, does indeed want peace with the Royal Family – but on her own terms.
According to the National Examiner, Meghan would like to heal the rift with Catherine, 44, but “not if it means she has to beg”.
The source added that “Meghan isn’t going to grovel to anybody, least of all Kate,” and that the Duchess had “very strong boundaries” to protect herself from traumatic experiences.

If these rumours are true, what a slap in the face that is.
William and Kate have never said a bad word in public about the Sussexes since Megxit, yet they are the ones who, as part of the wider Royal Family, have received pelters in the form of Harry and Meghan’s cash-generating jibes for years.
In their 2022 Netflix docuseries Meghan could not resist a dig at William and Kate as she recalled meeting them for the first time and going in for a hug wearing ripped jeans.
She said: “I didn’t realise that’s really jarring for a lot of Brits. I guess I started to understand very quickly that the formality on the outside carried through on the inside.”
A nasty, throwaway remark aimed for between the ribs. It would play perfectly to a US audience.
Maybe Meghan SHOULD be doing a spot of begging.
