Lorraine Kelly has shared her congratulations to Dianne Buswell and Joe Sugg as they shared the exciting news that they’re expecting a baby.
The Strictly Come Dancing professional, who lifted the glitterball trophy with Chris McCausland last year, and YouTuber Joe, met on the BBC One competition in 2018.
Taking to Instagram to share the news that their family was expanding, the pair said: “‘Our little baby boy, we cannot wait to meet you,” before titling the post: “2026.”
The couple have been showered in support from fans and friends alike, with Lorraine saying on her ITV programme: “Huge congratulations to Strictly’s Dianne Buswell and her boyfriend Joe Sugg.
“They’ve announced they’re expecting a baby boy, a Strictly baby!
“She’s going to be the first professional on the history of the show to compete while she is pregnant. Fantastic!”

Joe and Dianne were paired together on the sixteenth series of Strictly, and have been keeping fans updated with their relationship on social media ever since.
In the adorable video announcement this weekend, Joe held up a drawing of two stick figures holding hands with a little one in the middle, titled “2026”.
Friends and fans flocked to share their support, with Stacey Dooley, who shares a child with former Strictly partner Kevin Clifton, writing: “YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES.”
Johannes Radebe also shared his congratulations, while Amy Dowden said: “Still screaming, dancing and celebrating! So so happy for you both! Magical … auntie Ames can’t wait xxxx.”

Their news comes days before the Strictly Come Dancing launch, with the likes of Dani Dyer, Vicky Pattison, La Voix, George Clarke and Stefan Dennis taking part this year.

Though it has yet to be announced which celebrities will be partnered with which professional dancers, with fans patiently waiting for the pre-recorded launch show to air on Saturday, Dianne did confirm her participation.
When asked by a fan, she replied: “I will be.”
She’d previously expressed her desire to start a family with Joe, having said: “Joe is the most supportive person.
“I’d love to have a family one day, and I know Joe would love a family too. That would be our dream one day.”
