BREAKING NEWS: Piers Morgan insists Harry and Meghan should be stripped of titles

Piers Morgan has insisted that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex should be stripped of their royal titles. The broadcaster, who has always been critical of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, said that if he were King Charles, he would strip the couple of their titles.
Piers’ comments come after Harry and Meghan relocated back to Britain last week. Their UK return comes just over six years since the couple quit royal duty and moved to California. Their return back to Britain, which will see their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet educated at a British school, is not believed to see them become working royals again.
Speaking to Katie Nicholl on The Royals Uncensored , Piers said he would strip Harry and Meghan of their royal titles if he were King.
He said: “I would, yeah. I don’t think he (King Charles) will. But if it was left to me in that position, I would try and repair relations with my son on a human level, which he is doing, but to safeguard the institution, I would strip them of the titles. So they can’t continue to operate in this way, as actual members of the royal family.
“Look, we’ve just seen Andrew stripped of his titles, right? He would argue, ‘I’m an innocent man. I’ve been found guilty of no crime, and yet I’ve been stripped of everything’. So I don’t equate Harry and Meghan to what Andrew’s been accused of, I’ve never done that. I’ve always said what he’s been accused of is far worse and far more serious.
But there is a precedent being set now for stripping rogue members of the family of their titles.”

Harry and Meghan have not disclosed their motive for returning to Britain, although there are various rumours swirling around.
One rumour is that Meghan may have secured a UK-based acting job, while another suggests Harry simply wants to be closer to his father King Charles.
The couple have released no public statement about their return to Britain. They are believed to be living in a private, rented home outside of London.
Reports suggest they are planning to keep hold of their Montecito mansion, which they have owned since 2020.
