Prince Harry revealed the most “British thing” he has done with his family since moving back to the UK last month. The Duke of Sussex, who has spent the last six years living in California, is back on home soil after relocating back to the UK in August.
In one of his first solo appearances since being back this week, the duke shed some light on what moving back home has been like. This comes after a lot of drama has surrounded his UK move, mainly as a result of security matters and his uncle Earl Charles Spencer’s book.
Despite the drama, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle do not seem to have let it dampen their UK return with their children.
In an interview with Hello! this week at the 2026 Wellchild Awards, Harry revealed that the family had been enjoying loads of walks since being back in Britain.
When asked what is the most British thing he has done since his return, he said: “Gone for a walk. Lots of walks. Isn’t that the most British thing?”
He also revealed that his children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, have been enjoying eating Marmite on crumpets.
The duke, who has not been accompanied by his wife or children on any official public appearances yet, also revealed that the family are “happy” to be back on British soil.
While Meghan, Archie and Lilibet are yet to make any official public appearances, they have been getting out and about.
The Duchess of Sussex has shared clips of the family on her Instagram enjoying the British countryside, with one video showing the children fishing with Prince Harry.
The children are also believed to have now settled into a UK school after having to leave their first one after security concerns surrounding the busy school run route.
