Vito Coppola has been flooded with support as he took to social media with an ‘important announcement’ as he prepares for Strictly Come Dancing’s 2026 series.
The professional dancer is best known for being part of the BBC One dance show, having joined back in 2022 alongside fellow pro dancers Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley and Michelle Tsiakkas, before winning the following year with former Coronation Street actress Ellie Leach.
While Vito is set to return to the dance floor this year, having re-joined his fellow pros ahead of the 2026 series getting underway in September, the Italian star briefly set aside his dancing shoes and dived into looking back at his life, having put pen to paper for his first book, Love, Vito, which he announced back in March.
At the time, he shared on social media: “Hello beautiful people. I am so excited to finally share the news with you all.. My first book is coming in August! It’s called “Love, Vito” and is full of stories about my life through dancing and of course food!”
Vito continued: “I am getting emotional writing, because this is a project I have been working for a while and it’s a dream come true! As always I put all my love, heart and passion in everything I do and I really hope you will enjoy and love this book as much as I do.”
Release day for Vito’s memoir has now arrived and taking to Instagram on Thursday (August 27), Vito shared a video of himself showcaing his book and said: “Important announcement: My book LOVE, VITO is finally OUT!!!
