Royal fans are convinced that they’ve spotted a major blunder in Meghan Markle’s interview for Bloomberg. The 44-year-old was recently interviewed by Emily Chang, with the chat being shared to Bloomberg Originals YouTube channel on August 26.
The chat was released on the same day the second series of Meghan’s Netflix show, With Love, Meghan, was published on Netflix. During the conversation, Meghan touched upon the topic of self-confidence, and joked: “Age helps, I’ll be 44!” While both Meghan and Emily laughed at the remark, some viewers claimed one louder laughter had not come from either of them.

Taking to social media, fans discussed what they believe to be an awkward blunder, with a few making an unfounded claim.
One person said: “Who is laughing? That didn’t come from Emily Chang? Her body doesn’t move? Did they dub on an extra laugh to make Meghan seem more funny?”
Another stated: “Definitely sounds like an intense burst of laughter dubbed in.”
A third also wrote: “That was so strange!!”

During another part of the interview, Meghan also took time to reveal her “real name”.
Meghan said: “When I got married, I changed my name. It’s a complicated one for people to understand because a last name is not typical in that construct.”
She then continued: “My legal name is Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, but Sussex for us works as our family name. It’s the name that we share with our children, but yes since we’ve been married, that’s what I’ve been called.”
