Big Brother contestant George Gilbert has revealed the real reason he was removed from the house following repeated use of unacceptable language and behaviour.
The parish councillor, 23, was given a formal warning by Big Brother during Monday night’s episode after he made a fellow housemate cry by apparently mocking them. George has now opened up about the situation on his Youtube channel.
Appearing on screen from his home, George told viewers: “Well here we are. I didn’t want to be making this video. I didn’t think I would have to make this video. But the people want to know what it was that I said to get booted out of the Big Brother house.
“It’s a real shame because I was thoroughly enjoying myself and I’m gutted that it has ended like this,” he added. “I got on so well with the crew and the other housemates. They all loved me and I’m not even joking, they genuinely did.”
George went on: “We had some great times, great conversations, and great debates and we did it passively. We agreed to disagree. So I was absolutely gutted when I was told I was being kicked out, but here we are.”

Big Brother’s George shares truth behind sudden axe in bombshell confession
The Big Brother star star went on to add that he went on the show in the hopes of ‘spreading his beliefs’ and garnering more fans for his YouTube channel, which he hopes to make his full time career.
“They brand Big Brother as a social experiment where you can discuss things and be on a political spectrum. I wanted to meet new people and people who would challenge my beliefs and maybe help me learn something about myself and see if they could change my mind about some of my beliefs,” George added.
“I thought by going into the house and spreading what I believe as the truth that it would not only help me cement my views if they are right, or it would help other people see a different side of the story.”
However, it was George’s views that got him kicked out of the Big Brother house in the end as he admitted that he pushed the boundaries far too much.
George said he was ‘distraught’ after getting a verbal warning on the first night in the house. George told his housemates that he “doesn’t believe that anyone is intrinsically good or evil” and went on to use the most extreme example of Adolf Hitler.
Addressing his first verbal warning from Big Brother, George admitted that he said: “Hitler did the things that he did because he would have been fed a pack of lies about Jewish people and that’s why he did the things he did. He thought he was doing good for Germany. He thought Jews were to blame for all of Germany’s troubles. Hitler was misguided.”
George added that he received a second complaint from Big Brother on day three when he expressed an offensive reason for not wanting to have a child with a Black woman.
Of his second formal complaint from Big Brother, George said: “I like touching the boundaries and maybe I’m in the wrong but what I said was, as a ginger with blue eyes – I’m like the rarest form of human on earth – because red hair is recessive and not a dominant gene.”
In the end, it was George’s hurtful and homophobic comments about fellow housemate Sam that got him removed from the house. “I said in the diary room after Sam was crying about what I said that ‘if you can’t take the heat then get out of the Big Brother house’. So that was it.”

A Big Brother spokesperson said at the time of his exit: “Following repeated use of unacceptable language and behaviour, George has been removed from the Big Brother House with immediate effect and will no longer participate in the programme.”
George’s comments did not air due to them being contrary to broadcasting standards. It has also been reported that George was given several warnings before the latest incident, most of which were not broadcast as the language was also contrary to broadcasting standards.
One example of such language, however, was seen during Monday’s episode. While in the diary room, housemate Sam reflected on comments George had made about him during a game of truth or dare where he had to tell each housemate their worst quality.
George told Sam he was “too” and he then appeared to mock Sam’s voice and body language by waving a limp wrist. Sam told Big Brother: “I think with the whole George situation, basically, I think it all just came to a bit of a head about the kind of impression that he did of me, or whatever.

“It was him doing it, mocking me as if I have some kind of like disability or something, which is just like rude anyway, and then all the boys kind of laughing. It just kind of felt like I was back in school, I think. And it just kind of brought all that back in that moment.”
Becoming emotional, he added: “It’s just so annoying, because I’ve really overcome a lot to become who I am, and I don’t want this comment to seep in and have an effect on me.”
George later told Sam: “The last thing I want to do is make someone feel s**t about themselves.” Later in the diary room, Big Brother told George: “Big Brother thinks that your language and behaviour was unacceptable and could cause offence, and is therefore issuing you with a warning.”
George also caused offence when, during a conversation about homelessness, he said people “know drugs are bad” and should “stop deflecting responsibility”. While the housemates were asleep, George was called to go into the Diary Room where he was told he would no longer be a contestant on the show.
The Big Brother contestant was then told by viewers to “grow up” after sharing his first post since being axed from the show. Now back at home, George took to his social media to share a post but it hasn’t gone down well with his followers.
The specific incident which caused George to be removed from the show but he had already received a warning from bosses due to his “inappropriate behaviour and language”.

George has now shared a video to his Instagram page where he discusses being kicked off the programme. The Big Brother contestant can be seen sitting barefoot in his garden with an open book across his face. He leans towards the camera and says: “I was asking questions. I just want to know the truth. You know?”
He then walks away from the camera and wrote in the caption: “The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing,” which is a quote from Albert Einstein.
However, many viewers didn’t like George’s video, with many taking to the comments to share their opinions. Singer Sean Chriscole wrote: “You broke broadcast standards, I’ve read them. I know what they are, you know what they are. They’re dead easy to follow.
“I’ve seen contracts for Netflix and ITV and BBC as an actor myself. You have to say some stupid s**t to get sacked/contract terminated. Yet your [sic] brush it off as ‘I was just asking questions.’ Do some self reflection and grow up.”
Another said: “I just wanna know what you said that was soo bad,” while a third commented: “Just tell us what you said. We all want to know.”
George had plenty of controversial opinions during his time in the Big Brother house. He shared his views on homelessness, saying that homeless people should take responsibility for their financial situations. He then went on to say that most people who shoplift are driven by greed instead of desperation.
Friday’s eviction will continue as planned, the details of which will be explained during Wednesday’s episode of Big Brother: Late And Live
