Prince Harry met his father, King Charles, yesterday for their first face-to-face meeting since February 2024. Good Morning Britain fans have now had their say on the royal reunion and whether or not Prince William should resolve his rift with his brother. A poll was shared with viewers at home, and the results have dealt a devastating blow to Prince Harry. Over 60% of fans voted that Prince William should not forgive Prince Harry; meanwhile 39% said yes.
One person who voted no said in the comment section: “Why would anyone want to forgive Harry for what he wrote about his family and then to go on and make a lot of money from it. Slam the door in his face and tell him to go back to the USA.”
A second also said: “Unfortunately, some family members cause deep hurt that can not be undone. Not as easy as forgiving and forgetting!”
However, a different fan argued: “And what’s it got to do with any of us? Genuine question.” Another person also chimed in: “Leave them alone, better things to discuss state of the country/world.”
A third also typed online: “No William shouldn’t forgive or forget. When you have to deal with a brother like Harry, it’s better to cut ties and protect yourself from his constant attacks.”

The last time Prince Harry and King Charles saw each other was in February 2024, when the Duke of Sussex flew to London after the monarch announced his cancer diagnosis.
He met with the King for tea, and the meeting lasted for 55 minutes before Harry went to an engagement with the Invictus Games Foundation later in the evening. Earlier in the day, Prince Harry was at the Centre for Blast Injury Studies at Imperial College London.
