Feel better soon Linda
Linda Robson’s fans have rallied around the Loose Women star after she pulled out of her pantomime role after falling ill.
The 67-year-old actress was due to take to the stage in Dartford this weekend, playing Councillor Chigwell in the stage version of Aladdin.
However, mum-of-three Linda has had to withdraw from taking part due to illness, and a fellow showbiz star has stepped in to replace her.

Linda Robson pulls out of show
On Tuesday (December 16) the Orchard West Theatre issued a statement on Instagram confirming Linda’s exit from the pantomime.
“Casting update for Aladdin. Unfortunately, due to illness, Linda Robson will no longer be performing in Aladdin. We are sorry for any disappointment caused, but know our audiences will join us in wishing Linda well,” the post read.
It continued: “However, we are delighted to announce that Antony Costa, star of platinum-award-winning boyband Blue, will be joining the cast for most of the remaining performances, with West End favourite Hollie Cassar joining for selected dates.
“Please visit our website for the dates when each performer will be taking the stage. We thank audiences for their understanding and can’t wait to welcome you to our fantastic family pantomime.”
‘Wishing Linda a speedy recovery’
Reacting to the news, Linda’s fans quickly sent their support to the TV star. In the comments section, one person said: “We are all sending Linda so much love.”
Sending healing vibes and huge love your way
Someone else added: “Oh such a shame Linda won’t make it hope she is ok. Hope Antony has lots of fun!” A third chimed in: “Wishing Linda a speedy recovery.”
Echoing their thoughts, another also penned: “We adore you, Linda. Sending healing vibes and huge love your way!”

Linda on her ‘little health scare’
It comes after Linda recently opened up about her “up and down year” as she issued a health update. Talking to Bella Magazine, Linda said: “At the moment, I’m just thinking about going on holiday as soon as the panto finishes.
Linda then added: “It’s been an up and down sort of year. I had a little health scare but I’m alright now. So I want to do my panto, and then a week or so after I’ll go away with my two sisters to Cyprus.”
As Linda said, it has been a rollercoaster past twelve months for the beloved TV star. Not only has she had to deal with her “little health scare”, but Linda’s good pal Pauline Quirke’s dementia diagnosis was also made public earlier this year.
