Big Brother star Mickey Lee has d!ed at the age of just 35 after suffering multiple cardiac arrests. Her family announced the news via Instagram, writing: “With profound sadness, the family of Mickey Lee announces her transition on Christmas in the early evening. Mickey captured the hearts of audiences nationwide through her appearance on Big Brother, where her authenticity, strength, and spirit left a lasting impression on fans and fellow cast members alike.
“She will be remembered for the joy she brought into the lives of so many and for the genuine connections she formed both on and off screen.”
The family had previously set up a GoFundMe for the star after she was left in “critical condition after a cardiac arrest”. They said: “Mickey recently suffered a series of cardiac arrests following complications from the flu and is now in the ICU in critical but stable condition.
“She has been surrounded by medical professionals and loved ones, but the road ahead will be long and challenging. This sudden health crisis has left Mickey and her family facing enormous emotional and financial strain from mounting hospital bills to ongoing care and recovery costs.”
Mickey appeared on the US version of the reality show earlier this year, which aired on CBS.

Tributes have flooded in for the late star, with one fan writing: “This is absolutely devastating… sending so many prayers and an abundance of love to the family.”
Another social media user echoed: “I’m heartbroken right now. She was a sweetheart and always upbeat and bright and full of life and love. We worked together here in Atlanta in the Westside and Mickey touched every heart and soul she came into contact with. I love you Mickey and I am praying for you and your beautiful family. We will miss you always and forever.”
Someone else posted: “This is truly SO sad and heartbreaking! Mickey’s energy and presence were infectious, and she was known and loved by many people here in Atlanta. Sending so much love to her family and friends during this time. May she rest in peace.”
