Former Countryfile star Julia Bradbury embraced nudity in a daring new video, taking to Instagram with a special message for fans. The presenter was in her garden, where she stripped off to promote happiness, with the post sending fans into a major frenzy. In the clip, Julia was facing the trees and had her bare back to the camera as she jumped up and down with glee, with her arms widely stretched. Despite having her hair tied into a bun and her long-sleeved top rolled down to her waist, the 56-year-old maintained privacy by covering her chest when she turned to the camera.
During the risky ending, Julia only turned slightly to the side, with her hands covering her modesty as she shot a shocked expression. Thousands of Julia’s 338,000 followers rushed to the comments with support, with one praising: “Julia, I think the whole of the UK is with you. What you’ve achieved is absolutely fantastic.”

This comes after a recent emotional confession in which the presenters revealed her 88-year-old mother, Chrissi, is now “slowing down” as she opened up about her health.
Julia shared a heart-warming video of her mother dipping her feet into the sea in Greece while holding hands with her 14-year-old grandson, Zephyr.
Alongside the video, the TV star wrote: “You can’t live forever. But you can live well. My Mama Mou is 88 and slowing down.. she’s on pills to keep her blood pressure down and her heart rate steady.
“Her kidneys aren’t doing well, and she wants to sleep a lot. So making the most of the time she’s awake and feeling ‘OK’ is important.”
