Kay Burley Has A Brutal Meghan Markle Solution — And It’s Hard To Argue With

Ex-Sky News presenter Kay Burley has hit out at Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle – weeks after she appeared to defend the former Prince Andrew on BBC Newsnight. Kay took to Instagram this weekend after the news that Prince Harry and Meghan are planning to return to the UK broke, to share a photograph of a Royal Parks sign that showed one of the fountains wasn’t working.
Kay wrote: “Meghan is apparently considering a return to the small screen via Guy Ritchie’s Netflix hit The Gentlemen. I have another project for her. Forget the carefully choreographed appearances. Fix your mother-in-law’s fountain. It has been dry for weeks and frankly it runs even less frequently than I do these days.

“We Brits will love you for it,” she added, concluding “with love, Kay” in a swipe at Meghan’s Netflix show, With Love, Meghan.
In her Substack newsletter, Kay added: “It was designed to depict Diana’s life represented in water. Turbulence and serenity. It sounds rather lovely doesn’t it, but the reality is rather different.
“Surely we could have done better than this for the People’s Princess? Which brings me back to Meghan.
“Returning to Britain after six years away cannot be entirely straightforward, and there is no pretending her relationship with the British public has been an easy one. So here’s an opportunity for her. Champion the restoration of Diana’s memorial. Get the experts in and get the water flowing reliably.”
